We allow up to 4 pets with a $200 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night).- Massanutten offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course / zip line, golfing, go carts, mini golf, and much more.- There are two driveways plus some parallel parking spots in front of the house. Altogether, the property can accommodate around 10 vehicles- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and decks. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, 43” smart TV, dresser, office desk, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Parking across the street is prohibited, that is our neighbor's private property.OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:Massanutten Resort Community Rules:This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.TRASH- All trash must be taken out with you and to the Community Trash drop-off located in the parking lot of the MPOA swimming pool. Feel free to drop trash there throughout your stay as needed.- Dumpsters are located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840 (take the 3rd left after you turn onto Peak Dr and see the sign that says "Household Waste")- Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks, or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the propertyPARKING- Warning - The driveway leading up to the house is STEEP. AWD or 4WD may be required in inclement weather.- Keep all tires off the road- Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host- Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)- No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads.
