"The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the casino suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well."

"Absolutely loved our stay!! This is now our go-to hotel in Flagstaff! It is new, modern and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Suitable for short and longer stays. Equipped with plates, cups, even a few cooking utensils, such as can opener, whisk, spatula, a small sink and even a small dishwasher. Location is great, and even if the highway is right there, the room was quiet. Large window to a superb view. The grounds around the hotel are lovely. Lots of benches, play area. There's 24 hr free coffee and tea in the lounge area, with plenty of couches 8and comfy seats and tables. The breakfast is abundant and varied. High chairs for babies are available too. Pool, gym, games are available. Parking is not free, but the fee was very reasonable and didn't mind paying at all. It is also quite secure, as there are cameras all around. I highly recommend this hotel. Pay a little extra and you get a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"We were surprised for the evening reception with light dinner as well as three drinks. That was very nice! Breakfast was very good as well. Location is superb since it sits on NAU."

"The hotel is dated but the rooms have been refurbished nicely. Bathrooms are small. There’s a big fridge and the beds are comfy, the view and outlook aren’t the best but was cheap enough. The Wi-Fi isn’t very reliable and this also affects the tv channels."
