The hotel is in a great location, but unfortunately the room fell short of expectations. The air conditioning unit takes up nearly half the wall where the window is, and it was extremely noisy throughout the night. We struggled to get a good night’s sleep, which really put a damper on our weekend getaway. During the day, the construction next to the pool made it impossible to enjoy.

Our check in was held up while we waited for sometime come to the front desk - turns out he was outside taking a smoke break. At bedtime we realized that there were no linens for the pull out bed so headed to front desk to ask for them. Was told there were no blankets but when we insisted someone brought out from another room. Once we got back upstairs we discovered that it had a tennis ball size whole in it. The next day we asked for a replacement but were told none to be had. I was surprised at the sloppy work done to make the bed the next day and would have thought whoever was in housekeeping would have removed that blanket and replaced it but nope it was on the bed the next day Enjoyed breakfast and the staff that attended the breakfast bar were super friendly and attentive Heated pool was a plus for sure

Just recently stayed at JWMarriot at Marco Island. (March 12-15) Reserved two rooms that were supposed to be Kings with pullout bed. When we arrived and checked in we had two king rooms with no pullout bed. We had our grandchildren with us and we needed the pullout beds. Hotel agreed to provide roll out bed but very uncomfortable and not what we paid for. I have requested a refund

OUR LAST TIME AT A HILTON, Horrible staff! They'll use every chance to take your money. Upon check-in they request one of the highest ”incidentals” fee $125 per DAY (higher than low end hotels with high risk guests). What they NEVER told us was that they would use that for a $40 parking fee DAILY, and a $20 resort fee DAILY. When I expressed my dissatisfaction for not being told during check-in I said ”you guys are full of surprises, eh?”, to which the manager in charge dismissively answered ”I know, right?” and simply stayed quiet. When inquiring more, she simply said ”it is must be written where you booked”. Not only that was uncomfortable, but when my wife asked for the WiFi at the lobby the assistant wouldn't give it to her because our room was not ready yet! She claimed that after 4 pm we could get access to the password! RIDICULOUS! she only accepted to give her the password after fearignly looking at the manager and getting a nod from her. Lastly, she would not let my wife know when the room was ready, she said that only through SMS, but I had left the hotel for a meeting so there was no way she would know. The name of the manager in charge at check-in and check-out was Ana from Mexico and the assistant was a young lady with southeast Asia appearance.

Good overall. It's an older hotel (built in 1990 I believe) and it has old plumbing. Also, no guest laundry, which was a drawback.

This is a beautiful property (even with the renovation of the pool that many reviewers have mentioned), but it seems not be a hotel. Rather, it seems owners of units have hired a management company to admit guests who have rented units, kind of like a time share. That's why there is but one concierge and several parking valets. There is no restaurant/room service and no staff, but our unit had everything we needed for its kitchen. (Pro tip: the last grocery store is a Wynn Dixie near the bridge as you come into the island. The good news is that we had a wonderful view and our room was especially comfortable. It was however showing the beginning signs of wear and tear - small stains on a chair, some darkening grout in the bathroom, stain around drain in the sink, etc. The TV's software did not allow for Iphone mirroring, and the archaic internet browser warned that there was no connection with the Google dinosaur! No Netflix, or Amazon Prime...We had to watch an important baseball game on or phones. When I went to the lobby, the concierge could only give me the reservations phone number, but did offer to send a valet to have a look at the TV! Guests do have beach privileges along with towels, chairs, etc. In spite of the small short comings, it was perfect for our 4th of July celebration; watching the fireworks from the comfort of our 10th floor balcony was wonderful. The proximity to local restaurants is especially convenient. If you understand that this property offers service like a time share rather than a luxury hotel, you won't be disappointed, especially if it is competitively priced. (You can compare the Hilton next door.) It also has adjoining rooms if you want to bring friends/family.

We enjoyed our quick 2-day getaway stay at the Naples Garden Inn. The lush setting was very pleasant and appealing and you wouldn't realize that you were right on US 41. It was close and convenient to everything in downtown Naples. We did experience a couple of minor issues as well as a noise issue with the occupants of the room above us that were playing loud music all day on our arrival day. I spoke to Linda at the front desk about it and she apologized and said she would speak to the guests which she promptly did. She also promptly took care of a couple of minor issues with our room and was always pleasant. Overall, we had a great experience staying at this property and would certainly not hesitate to stay there again in the future. Linda is certainly an asset to the place!

В отеле 3 корпуса. Самый большой расположен кругом вокруг бассейна, здесь обычные номера. Рядом небольшой комплекс сьютов и ещё один с апартаментами. В отеле красивая зелёная территория, пруды с рыбками кои и фонтанами. Бассейн и гидромассаж с температурой 40°. Хорошие матрасы, ничего в номере не разваливается при том, что цена доступная. Хороший WiFi, который в один из дней отключился на несколько часов. Достаточное количество полотенец, кофемашина, холодильник, фен. Мне понравилось, что можно сидеть на балконе вечером, а также сидеть в гидромассаже допоздна. Завтраки не очень хорошие: порошковый омлет, сосиска или бекон. Из хорошего: вафельница, Филадельфия, так как сироп к вафлям кукурузный, а не кленовый, каши быстрорастворимые. Были ещё фрукты и хлопья. Есть можно. Есть бесплатная парковка. С местами проблем нет. Район тихий, разве что мешает круглосуточная музыка у корпуса сьютов. В принципе, отель понравился. Могу рекомендовать для остановки в Нейплз.

J’ai passé un séjour vraiment agréable dans cet hôtel. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée, avec un personnel souriant, attentif et toujours prêt à rendre service. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et confortable.

My stay here was amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodate your every needs. I'm also waiting to hear back from my third party for information I've requested. They are very good at communicating back with you. Definitely recommend this site.
