The outdoor private swimming pool (heated from April 1st to October 1st) is surrounded by decking, palm trees and south facing open countryside.There is ample private parking available for 2 cars next to the apartment.The apartment is accessed via a flight of terracotta tiled steps from the side of the property.Living room/dining room – leads onto the balcony which has open country views. Living room has 55" 4K smart television, blu-ray player and Chinese light/ceiling fan. Dining area sits up to 6 people.Kitchen – overlooks restful, open countryside. Equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washer/dryer.Shower room with wash hand basin. Separate toilet with wash hand basin.Double bedroom - attractively furnished, with wash hand basin, Chinese ceiling light/fan, Remote-control TV.
