Hotel Esperanto

I was travelling by car, a few hundreds kilometers, and spent hours on the border. Came early at morning to Byalystok and decided to rest at Esperando hotel, accidentally. I didn't read any reviews, was tired and wanted to sleep. I parked my Mercedes nearby, entered the hotel and asked about booking options "is there an option to book half of day or I need to book the whole day", the lady on the reception that I have to buy the whole day. I agreed. I asked how much... Ok, I paid. It was around 7 A.M. in the hotel room, took the shower, after that accidentally, I read that all visitors must leave by 12 AM! NOBODY told me the rules of the hotel, when I was asking about conditions of booking!!!! It was written NOWHERE. I wasn't sleeping for 2 nights, was driving, came to the hotel, I was told that "I have to buy the whole day" and NOBODY TOLD ME THAT THIS DAY WILL END IN A FEW HOURS! AND I WILL BE UNABLE TO SLEEP AFTER 2 NIGHTS OF DRIVING AND BORDERS CROSSINGS! Pluses: They have 2 parkings: underground and surface-based, so my beloved Mercedes had a place to have rest after such a run :) The interiors are beautiful, personnel is polite and beautiful BUT NO ONE TOLD ME THAT I WILL PAY BUT WILL BE UNABLE TO SLEEP ENOUGH AFTER BUYING THE WHOLE DAY STAY AS THEY SAID ME!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS WRITTEN ON A PIECE OF PAPER I GOT ___AFTER___ I PAID, CAME TO THE ROOM, TOOK SHOWER AND WANTED TO SLEEP..................... Extra!!! VIP service!!!
