Holiday Park Caravan Fluffy in Harts Holiday Park

Had an amazing holiday Adam from maintenance was very helpful and friendly Dee and Kody in the kitchen where polite and made the best food Sam from the bar was helpful and helped us in the arcade and was very polite and had a laugh and joke with us we had the best time and the staff made it better it was lovely seeing the staff behind the bar having a dance when they where tidying up

We booked this holiday for our 3 year old twins. The site is very clean, accommodation was clean and had all the amenities we required. We was in a very good location to the beach front, the pool, arcades and club house. The pool was organised well with very friendly staff but a tad on the cold side. The arcades were very good and had enough to keep the kids entertained at all ages. The entertainment was exceptional and catered to all ages. The activity hub was great and my girls loved the sand art, teddy bear mountain and the pottery. The food in the club house was amazing and very well priced. Advise to get there way before the kids entertainment starts as gets very busy. The entertainment staff really made the holiday special for my girls. Bailey, Brad and Elise were fantastic! The shows were brilliant, well organised and just fun for all. We went during Easter half term and we made magnets, Easter egg hunts, masks, breakfast with loopy and much more. We have already booked another holiday here for later this year as you can't fault it. Been to other parks and none of them compare.

Wonderful experience, made all the better by Bailey, Brad, Elise and Jay thank you for helping my family have a great holiday. We had alot of fun with the variety of activities on site and the great team that run them. A fun and energetic environment exactly what we wanted. ☆☆☆☆☆

Frances cooked our Mother's Day meal in the restaurant. What can I say.....other than it was beautiful!! Gorgeous roast potatoes, Frances even gave me some tips on how to cook them nicely!! I could not fault anything at all. Thank you!! Will definitely recommend.

Very few good points . Quiet resort, best and most helpful person we found was Adam. Maintainence man we got to know quite well as we had to keep calling him out. Harts is in a nice area and is a clean well kept site. Our first caravan was nice but not well placed for our needs. Apart from that if things in it had actually worked it would have been better. Thank you Adam for all your help. Will we go back . No definitely not ! If you have ANY mobility issues no matter how slight make sure you ask for an accessible unit to ensure adjacent parking ( it's called hindsight) . It was the second week of the season you would expect them to be ready and things to be switched on and working properly.

I spent a long weekend with family,The entertainment and pool was amazing for the kids.Outside the park there’s lots to do aswell which is not even a 5 minute walk.The bar service was brilliant and fast even on a friday night i don’t think i’ve waited longer than 5 minutes.The barmaid millie was really helpful and great service!
