Premier Fort Beach Hotel

The restaurant in particular is special. The food is varied and plentiful. There are many very tasty specialties. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need? Cleanliness. Sun loungers. Beach. Swimming pool, all superlative.

Very good complex on the sea , excellent service, cleanliness is at a high level. The complex has several swimming pools with enough sun loungers for vacationers, various entertainment for children and adults. Every evening there is an entertainment program for young and old. The food is varied and very tasty. We will visit it again.

This hotel is amazing. Me and my husband have 4 kids and this place has everything you need for a perfect family vacation. The rooms are spacious, we usually take a two-bedroom apartment. We've been here four times and each time we got a sea view apartment. It is so lovely! The rooms are very clean, the staff does great job. The bed sheets are changed every three days. The beach is sandy, so you can imagine the mess the kids made, but the cleaning crew managed to keep our apartment really clean. The washing machine really helps. We had a bed-wetting accident a few years back, but all the beds had a mattress protector, and the cleaning lady just changed the sheets. I love the beach - it is not private, but it feels like it. It is very secluded and quiet. The sea is very clean and warm. The sand is perfect, not a piece of garbage in sight. The beach goes on and on, and you can have a nice walk there in the evening. There are cafes and bars if you go a little further towards the center. The food is excellent. There is a Bulgarian night to taste local food. They serve sushi every night. Meat, fish, vegetables. The deserts are exquisite. The kids always find something they enjoy. Actually, you should be prepared to put on a few pounds. The temptation is just too much. There are two swimming pool areas - the one with the slides is for those who like music and party, the one near the restaurant is more safe and quiet. There are pools for kids in both areas. And once is a week the kids disco takes place in the kids’ pool. An awesome idea. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is planned very well. For example, if you let your kids go to the playground after dinner and you would like to stay for some tea, there isn't a single step on their way they could trip over. We have four kids and we never ever had a single accident in this place. It is really very well planned. For me, this place is already in my family memories. It was here my third daughter made her first steps and learned to swim. And every year it seems like it's the first time. I'm really looking forward to coming back.

Pros: Spacious room and large terrace (we were ground floor) Good regular cleaning Big fridge Decent WiFi Short walk to large supermarket Good air con Large comfortable bed Decent storage and wardrobe space very close to the beach which was clean and had space. Cons: No plug for kitchen sink made washing up a challenge. Very busy so the pool area was a bit manic at times. The other cons were less the hotel and more the resort: public transport; buses always completely packed by the time they reached local stop. Taxis expensive and hard to get. Unpleasant algae/seaweed in the sea which you could avoid to an extent but it did appear in the sea close to the hotel. Local restaurants mostly not great.

The problem with reviews is that everyone has different taste. You never know, however much somewhere is praised, whether you will love it or hate it. As a family, we like somewhere relatively quiet – plenty for the kids to do but not so much in the evenings – and with enough going on that we do not get cabin fever on the resort. First impressions of Premier Fort where a little underwhelming. The buffet food was fine – plenty of fruit and salad, pasta, pizza and beige food for the kids – but not a lot of great meat selections unless you like casserole or sauce-heavy options. The main pool is a little gaudy, and the games area is out of the way and not very big so not easy to spend time there. But the hotel is a real grower. Despite the food, the service is excellent (Iulia is a ray of sunshine and a delight) and most would probably enjoy it. There is a pool bar with some nice food options and a supermarket for some basics (and a huge supermarket off-site about five minutes’ walk away). There is an outdoor gym, access to a private gym and the second pool is tranquil and calm with no music or mayhem (apart from kids playing). The beach is lovely, with warm sea and a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, capable of accommodating up to six people comfortably. All the entertainment finishes early enough that you can get a great night’s sleep, and the entire complex is enclosed so you don’t have to worry about the safety of your kids. Sunny Beach is a bit of a utopian nightmare, think Blackpool on steroids, but for some cheap goods and a night out, it’s fine. We also went to Action Water Park, which tends to be quieter than the Nessebar Water Park, and they went a long way to make our daughter’s birthday special, dressing an area for her, making a cake with her name on it and making us all feel special. Would we return to Premier Fort? Absolutely. The staff are wonderful and if you want a break with plenty to do but none of the rowdiness some of hotels seem to attract, Premier Fort is for you.

Rating 5 is a little for the hotel, I would give 100. Everything was perfect, from the staff everyone is extremely polite, the environment is just flawless! as soon as we arrived we were greeted at the reception, we were checked in quickly, there were small plush toys for the children as a gift from the hotel. The bellboy immediately showed us where to leave the car and immediately introduced us to the environment, they took our suitcases and brought them up to the room, they didn't let us carry them! The room was spacious with a great view of the sea, a spacious balcony! It was cleaned every day, they said that the linen is changed every 5 days, but it was changed for us after 2 days! towels were changed every day. The hotel has 3 swimming pools available, the main one with two water slides. For the children there are two playgrounds for every age! The beach is right below the hotel, there is a paid and free area. The water in the sea was clean and we realized very good weather and calm sea! Our vacation was great!
