Escape to the stunning Bulgarian coast in our 2-bedroom apartment, perfectly situated on a hill just 700 meters from the sandy beach of Sunny Beach. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Bay and the Mountains, and experience the unique combination of fresh mountain air and gentle sea breeze. Our residence will satisfy the wishes of all guests, looking for the proximity of nature, but not neglecting the attractions of the most dynamic resort in Bulgaria.
Our apartment is fully equipped with modern furnishings and household items, featuring a fully functional kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, balcony or terrace and private patio. The apartment boasts two bedrooms, each with ample bedding options, including a double bed and two single beds. The living room also features a sofa-bed for additional comfort.
Relax in the shared outdoor pool or unwind in the apartment's private patio. Take advantage of the free public parking in front of the building and enjoy the convenience of being close to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
Our apartments are perfect for families, couples, and solo travellers looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We offer a range of amenities, including electric heating, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware, fridge, and electric oven. Linen and towels are provided, and a clothes rack and fan are available for your convenience.
Before booking, please note that pets are not allowed, smoking is strictly prohibited, and children under 3 years are charged EUR 4.00 per person per night for children's cots/bed/cribs, Max. 1 children's cots/bed/crib.
Pool rules: Running, jumping, and diving in or around the pool are strictly prohibited! No Inflatable Mattresses allowed in or around Pool! No glass ware (bottles, cups...) is allowed near the pool area! The house Café-bar offers drinks in Plastic or Can, you can enjoy around the pool! Consumption of food in Pool and Pool area is not allowed!
