Cleanliness of room thumbs-up and comfortable during our stay. And have the Laundry Service too. Location excellent and easy to travel by Metro Station or slow walk. Definitely will stay again."

"I originally booked this place for its location, but I ended up falling in love with the private hot spring courtyard. The hot water was plentiful and incredibly relaxing. The butler service was also very thoughtful; their recommended local eateries were fantastic. To have a private courtyard like this in a bustling area is incredibly good value for money."

"The room was newly renovated, clean, and the TV was huge. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They called me in advance and even added me on WeChat before I arrived. When my taxi pulled up, it was raining, and they immediately came out to help with my luggage. Anything I needed, I could just ask, and communication was always smooth."

"This guesthouse is absolutely worth staying at. Everyone's service attitude was excellent, truly feeling like a five-star hotel standard. We went with our child, and they even brought us a case of bottled water, saying we'd need more for making formula – so incredibly thoughtful! We accidentally left some clothes when we checked out, and the owner even mailed them to us for free. They're genuinely wonderful, and the place is exceptionally clean."

"The room is exactly as described, comfortable and clean! Shower pressure is great and water is hot enough. Breakfast was great too! Exceptional service by both Xiao Zhang and Tip. They both made the stay memorable and delightful. Highly recommend this place for couples, friends, and family travel! Only downside that the construction in front of the hotel can make the walk abit more challenging. "Location: Fantastic! Right across the street from the Longhu Tianjie commercial district, which is bustling and offers reasonable prices. You can get there directly from Metro Line 3! It's also just one stop from Lion Mountain Park (the entrance near JinYing Plaza), and walkable if you're up for it. Service: They're clearly working hard, but there are so many guests, especially considering the price! Check-in lines started forming around noon. Facilities: For a Hilton, the 500+ price tag without breakfast seemed a bit out of place, and indeed, the hotel is showing its age. This applies to both the design and the equipment. So, what appears to be great value for money is really a reflection of that. Breakfast: You'll need to queue when it's busy. I recommend the freshly made pan-fried buns (shengjian) and the big meat noodles; everything else was pretty standard. If you're looking for the closest hotel to Lion Mountain (outside the scenic area itself), Nikko next to JinYing Plaza would be it. However, Shangri-La is closer to the commercial district. Food delivery is handled by robots."
