The triple room feels a little cramped. While it features a smart system, there are times when it struggles to connect to the Internet, which means you'll have to manage some things manually. The toilet and shower are in separate rooms, and you'll need to hang your clothes outside the shower area—definitely not the most convenient setup if you’re sharing with friends. Getting in and out of the hotel can be tricky since the entrance leads only to a motorbike lane, prompting a walk outside to catch a Didi. If you want to add a breakfast, be prepared to download the app to do so, as there’s no room for flexibility here.

蘇州水墨平江漫心府的位置非常好，就在平江路旁邊，而且酒店工作人員小年和小楊非常熱心，熱心推薦餐廳，還借雨傘給我們，服務體驗很好。

酒店位置不錯，旁邊就是平江路，對面雙塔集市。服務也不錯，送了好多小禮物。住的可以，感覺衞生，晚上睡得也不吵，蠻好的。

漫心的服務特別好，給預留了酒店停車位置，前台小姐姐還到酒店門口耐心地引導停車到車庫。退房後發現落了眼罩在酒店，前台小姐姐幫忙聯繫打掃衞生的阿姨找到了眼罩，並且當天就寄出了。給工作人員小毛、小劉和小高的貼心服務點贊。

地理位置很好，距離平江路，雙塔。酒店設施齊全，乾淨衞生，早餐不錯，小高和小劉服務很熱情。

小王服務非常好，對倆娃也非常親切温暖，超棒
