It has been a indredible stay. The room was Perfect and it is near the gate of the orient. Also there is a park in front of the hotel.

Lovely room and lounge. The staff was kind and warm, accommodating our needs

Check-in was easy and pleasant. The amenities were all well kept and easily accessible. The room was nice, maybe a little old, but good.

I always stay here when on business. Location is excellent! Walking distance from malls, gardens and metro station. Breakfast was great and staff service was professional.

The location in very central, and room was big but that’s about it. The hotel is quite old and services were bad - firstly blocked sink in my room, then I went for a swim a found someone cleaning their underwear in the sink in the changing rooms, and the sauna was the size of a closet - only one person could sit inside and the whole room smelled of feces (I think some of the plumbing was broken). I go back to my room and order a chicken breast sandwich- as seen below it was miserable, the chicken was so little and was so cold it must have been cooked a day or two before, when I told the staff and check out her reply why “next time just order a delivery from outside” - I can see how much faith the staff have in the hotel!! no idea why this hotel as such a positive rating.

Dear person in charge I really appreciate Miranda's kindness. I was really touched by the concierge service at the Renaissance Hotel. I was worried a lot about her being a foreigner and not speaking any Chinese, but Miranda had restaurant reservations, hotel bus rides, and even gifts I really wanted to buy, and she looked all over the place just by looking at the pictures I am truly grateful for allowing me to buy it. I don't think I have ever met such a kind person in my country. As an East Asian, I feel really proud. I felt the warmth of China through Miranda at the Renaissance Hotel. Thank you so much. Next time I come, I will visit the Renaissance Hotel again because of Miranda. I really want to say thank you to Miranda. And I really think that's the face of China. I salute her for her kindness.

The rooms were very spacious and the location of the hotel was very feasible with a lively surrounding. Also the staff was very helpful and understanding.

It's a good place, nice view and meal.

Located in the new town area, close the subway station. A good place to relax after visiting busy area in the old town. Good food and cocktails at the bar. The front desk staff are very helpful. Feeling little strange that there’s this kind of cartoon decoration in room for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel feels a bit dated but it has everything you need and it’s well located with good food and decent amenities

Amazing hotel, especially love their indoor pool has a heated mini pool perfect for kids. Front desk Clara is amazing too :)
