This hotel is by far the best hotel we have stayed at in all of our travels in China. We are normally living in Nantong and have been travelling around China so we have tried a lot of different hotels in China. Yinxiang Yisu in was very clean and the hotel standard was high. The hotel is situated in a really good location with just some short steps away from their big walking street where you can find temples, malls, food trucks, shops and restaurants. The hotel is also near a subway station which makes it easy to get around in Suzhou. The hotel offers help on any questions you may have when you are exploring Suzhou through WeChat (Weixin) and the staff does everything to give you a really good service. When we arrived and as we arrived before check in time, the hotel staff took care of our bags so we could start explore Suzhou and then send us a message when our room was ready and when we came to the hotel our bags where already waiting for us in our room. The hotel offers amenities such as toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste etc), it offers machines so you can clean your clothes if needed and it has its own patio and kitchen where you can store food and then go out to eat on the patio. This is definitely a hotel where we will stay again since we have found our hotel to stay at when we visit Suzhou next time.
