I am very satisfied with my four-night stay at Xingle Hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location, about 100 meters from the metro station, less than 10 minutes walk to Pingjiang Road (平江路) and about half a hour's walk to Zhuozheng Yuan (拙政园) and Suzhou Museum。The hotel is clean and neatly decorated, with friendly staffs providing me with advice on local sights and attractions. I highly recommend the hotel.

酒店位置極佳，步行可達平江路和觀前街，交通便利，周邊餐飲選擇多。裝潢走極簡侘寂風，房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，配備高清投影與智能馬桶等設施，細節貼心。一樓烘焙坊麪包好吃，服務人員親切。整體性價比高，是蘇州古城區住宿的好選擇。

第一次自由行來蘇州預訂了行樂酒店 , 對外賓住客很友好 , 可以淘寶代收包裹 , 也有使用了他們提供的洗衣烘乾設備 , 我們住Loft的房型 , 房內和大窗口隔音很好 , 兩晚都睡足好眠。入住後一切都可以微信對接前台 , 取包裹通知 , 和諮詢任何疑問都很快得到回覆。有機會來蘇州 , 我們還會入住回行樂酒店。

The hotel has a great location and is very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant and comfortable. Would definitely consider coming back again.

Small but chic hotel. Hotel reception is the cashier of a cafe thou. Lift doesnt need keycard to access, might be a break if you are very particular about safety. Room is small, but nevertheless clean.
