The stay was pleasant overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There were a few minor areas that could be improved, but overall, we had a comfortable experience.

Great Location & Exceptional Service – Novotel Suwon We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Suwon and will definitely stay here again! Room: The room was clean, well-maintained, and a decent size. Front Desk: The front desk staff were wonderfully patient and helpful, taking the time to give clear, detailed instructions on how to get to Suwon Hwaseong Fortress. Location & Access: The location is super convenient, featuring direct internal access to the adjacent mall during operating hours (10:30 AM – 10:00 PM), making shopping and dining hassle-free regardless of the weather. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and very pleasant stay!

Great location, just steps from the station and directly connected to AK Plaza, making it convenient for getting around. The hotel is well located but might be more suitable for business trips. The only small challenge was the language barrier, though the staff were always helpful. A little more English support would make the experience even smoother for international travellers.

The lady at the reception was not polite or kind, was not impressed about that at all, especially at the four star hotel like this. Sauna is even separately charged, which is not cook I'm other hotels at this level. TV is impossible to watch, it keeps freezing and came back for two seconds then the screen got frozen again ...

An excellent hotel. Its attached to a main train station and a huge shopping mall. Food is good and rooms are clean.

Stayed at Novotel Ambassador Suwon and loved the convenience. Rooms were clean, modern, and quiet with comfy beds. Staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. Great location near the station and shopping. Overall, excellent value in Suwon for family trips.

Hotel is very convenient and near transport node.. very easy to walk about and next to shopping mall. Hotel also very clean except its next to railway track.. but once window close the sound proofing is very good..

Good location close to Suwon station and Suwon metro 2 mins walk from hotel use exit 4. But some of front deck staff a bit attitude.

We arrived at the hotel around noon time. The hotel is very close to the KTX train station, 5 minutes walking. The front desk was very helpful, she checked our registration, lend me an umbrella, suggested our city walk in Sowan. The hotel is in great conditions, though we don't have time to experience the Gym, swimming pool, also the restaurant. We will use this hotel again upon our next visiting to Korea.
