We had wonderful food and wine in the Swan room. The whole experience was 5 star. Our waitress Molly was so welcoming and friendly. I can highly recommend The Greyhound dining experience. We shared deserts…soooooooooo goooooood…don’t miss the desert!!

Das Hotel im bezaubern englischen Stil strahlt Tradition aus und bietet zahlreiche, liebevolle Details, die den Charakter dieses Zimmers perfekt zur Geltung bringen. Das ist ein traumhaftes Hotel, aus dessen Fernstern man einen malerischen Park und das Wasser mit schwimmenden Enten betrachten kann.

We had a wonderful evening at the Greyhound last night. We reserved a space to host family and friends for our wedding vow renewal. Anne Marie and Amy took excellent care of us. The food was awesome. The service was excellent, we could not of asked for kinder more attentive hosts. We stayed overnight in one of the rooms located above the pub. We could not hear any noise from the pub and the road noise was not an issue either - which we were surprised about. The room is beautiful. Very modern and comfortable bed. Lots of options for tea and coffee including oat milk sachets. Toiletries were beautiful. Honesty box mini bar which is very cute. Breakfast was extremely tasty with a wide selection of juices, fruits, yogurts, granolas and breads plus the main event. A wonderful place to hold a function. Thankyou guys Siân and James.

The greyhound Inn is comfortable, quiet and well placed for those needing to stay in the Sutton area. The building has character, with a pleasant decor, helpful staff and proprietors who genuinely welcome their clients. The rooms are clean with tea making facilities and a basket of snacks. The variety and choice of breakfast is a real bonus. A real change from the ubiquitous hotels that seem to be present in every town centre, with their soulless atmosphere and staff who appear to resent having to work in the same establishments barely acknowledging their customers presence. If what your are searching for is hotel accommodation with a difference, offering something individual, where staff are attentive, a good choice of food particularly the breakfasts, which I believe could not be improved upon, then try the Greyhound Inn. I should add that I have not visited this hotel before but would recommend it to anyone travelling and needing accommodation in the vicinity of Sutton.

Had a group meal, the staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was excellent. But on the highter price bracket. Not excessive. We will return, a very good evening. And good beer to go with your meal. Can't beat a Ram and Special. Well worth a visit.

The hotel had a lively outlook from the front opposite a lovely park where we enjoyed a morning walk after breakfast. The room was excellant with a comfortable bed, good quality pillows and duvet. Tea and coffee facilities also included and even a hair dryer. Bathroom was bright and towels were fluffy. Quiet location Enjoyed a lovely English breakfast for £13:50 the next morning which also includes cerals toast, tea juice and coffee

Just had a great Sunday meal with my family. Good food and we were served by the lovely and attentive Amy. We might have liked a few more vegetables in our meals, but otherwise it was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

This setting of this hotel is great, bus and train links are on the doorstep, with ample car parking. The hotel is an absolute gem. We had a boutique room, which was spacious and gorgeous. The staff are absolutely fantastic, nothing at all is a problem. The food from the restaurant was gorgeous. We’ve been before and will definitely be going again.

What a great place! The room was large, very clean, had a very modern en-suite and good air con. But the main benefit of staying here is the superb staff and quality food and drinks! I witnessed various staff members being genuinely friendly, helpful and providing the level of customer service that other 'chain' hotels can only dream about! My dinner was excellent quality but the breakfast menu and continental buffet was probably the best standard I have seen in a very long time. Loved it!
