"Lovely overnight stay.
Hotel was really busy with a large party but the staff looked after us really well.
Not a reflection on the hotel but they booked a taxi to pick us up and the taxi firm were totally useless. Having waited twenty minutes past the scheduled time, we called an Uber which was there in five minutes.
Overall, this is a great hotel which we have stayed at previously and will do so again."

"For a cheap night it was exactly what I was expecting, clean and tidy room and shared areas. Parking was chargeable which I wasn’t too happy about as it was booked solely based on the parking being free, but the really nice steak in the hotel restaurant made up for it."

"The hotel is small but since it was a nearby hotel to my relatives in Sutton Coldfield. However, overall the hotel is not bad and quiet, the restaurant provides a wide variety of British brewage"

"The room was quite cold, and the door lock wasn’t functioning properly. The shower didn’t meet expectations either. However, the location was excellent, and the customer service was decent. Overall, it wasn’t a very pleasant stay. Given that it was winter in December and with the cold outside, you’d expect a warm, inviting room. Unfortunately, it felt quite chilly. Additionally, the towels had a musty smell, which was disappointing."

Staff were excellent , reception was super friendly and efficient , Lauren at the bar was helpful , and extremely courteous.
Our room was clean , quiet and very comfortable
