"We enjoyed our 4 night stay ending tomorrow at the Travelodge Boldmere which was very pleasant. Room was a good size, clean with clean crisp sheets and very comfortable. Value for money This is our second stay here and we would recommend to family and friends. The staff were friendly and I would like to recommend Ifti for going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Our only regret was that there was no fridge or microwave in the room."

"Olin varannut perhehuoneen . Kun saapuimme se oli jäätyminen oli ongelma keittiö . Mikä reilua tarpeeksi nämä asiat voivat tapahtua . . Kun vedin sokeasti siellä oli kuolleita kuolleita heittoja ottin joitakin pannaan . Mutta voin nähdä joitakin matto . Kylpyhuone oli kaikki pöly ja hiukset varmasti ei ollut puhdistettu suihku alta oli tasoa, joka tarkoitti lattia oli hieman . . Tyttäreni oli pidettävä soittamassa vastaanotto kun vauva oli jäätynyt . Lopulta meille pantiin 2 eri huonetta . Mikä oli muokattu huone 17 ikkuna ei suljettu oikein . Ja huone 19 ei keittiö vaan kupit . Olimme varanneet täällä koska se oli muistojuhla veljeni niin meillä ei ollut vaihtoehtoa . Voin sanoa, henkilöstö oli mukava ja tehtiin siellä parhaalla mahdollisella ."

"Likes to hype its canalside location which is indeed very pretty. Website states unequivocally that food is served until 8pm Friday to Sundays. We were on holiday in a canal boat. They do 4mph flat out so once you choose a pub to aim for, after mid afternoon, you are pretty well committed. We arrived at 7.20pm and all the staff were very surprised that we wanted food since apparently the Landlord always stops serving food at 6pm on Sundays. Obviously 'Landlord' was 'upstairs' and unavailable. My plea that we had relied on their website and now had no way to eat since we could not get to the next or last pub in time was met with verbal shrugs. Lots of apologies but nothing which was helpful. The entirety of the response was that the staff would tell the Landlord, the Internet is not something the staff use and the Landlord uses a website company so it's all somebody else's fault. I fully accept the staff aren't to blame. The Landlord is entirely responsible. Maybe they could have offered us some sandwiches or anything they could rustle up with little effort but alas we were repeatedly told 'sorry but it's the Landlord'. I've no idea what the food is like, but the service is appalling. In the end we managed to get a pizza delivered to the pub car park."
