Travelodge Birmingham Streetly Hotel

As a disabled woman that requires fridge for my medication I was refused to bring my fridge to store my medication I am here for a month and the manager was very condescending not helpful at all I must certainly would not recommend this I disabled person I came with my husband and they would only allow us 1 key for our room they were not accommodating and any form or fashion quite rude and was falling to make reasonable adjustments for my disability and storing my medication

You Miss Piri are a rock star ! You Miss Danielle made my day, showing me where is the park and making me feel like I’m at home ! You mr Ifty you improve my staying here just taking care of my air conditioner! I would strongly recommend TRAVELODGE Streetly not only for the kind staff but also for the vibe and energy of the place Keep the good work guys

Excellent service , very comfy, clean room, good location for surrounding towns. Always space in the car park. Opposite Sutton Park.Breakfast in a box had a good variety. Next to Toby Carvery for anybody wanting a cooked breakfast, lunch or dinner.

5 Stars – Outstanding Service and Hospitality I had a fantastic stay at the Streetly Travelodge and cannot speak highly enough of the experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for a relaxing night’s rest. But what really sets this location apart is the incredible staff. A special thank you to Dawn, Ifty, and Nicola, who went above and beyond during my stay. I accidentally left behind a very valuable item — my Rolex — and was understandably panicked once I realised. To my absolute relief, the team handled everything with the utmost professionalism and honesty. Dawn, Ifty, and Nicola not only located my watch, but ensured it was safely returned to me promptly and with genuine care. It’s rare to come across such integrity and customer service these days, and I’m incredibly grateful. Their helpfulness didn’t stop there — each of them made me feel welcome and looked after throughout my visit. Whether it was local recommendations or just a friendly chat, they created a warm, personal atmosphere that really stood out. I highly recommend Streetly Travelodge for anyone visiting the area. family room in annex clean but dated next o a noisy road so not much sleep wifi did not work and did not fancy the long walk to reception at 3 in the morning to sort it

We stayed here for a family funeral, Chrissie & Dawn on reception, greated us with a smile and made us feel comfortable, the whole stay was lovely, beckii who was on when got back was very chatty, helped us with our bags, nothing was to much trouble for the staff
