The outdoor furniture is not guaranteed to be available for use during the rain and windy season due to no covered areas outdoors.The spaceThis beautifully mostly remodeled three-bedroom one-bathroom open floor plan unit has a living room, family room, kitchen, and dining areas. There is a queen bed in each of the rooms. All of the bedrooms have a TV with Roku for streaming. One of the couches in the living room has a queen size hide-a-bed and there is also a smaller twin size hide-a-bed in the family room. The living room has a TV. The family room does not. Outside in the backyard there are several seating areas and a swing bench. There are also additional folding chairs available for your use. The pool has a safety fence around it, but please do always keep a close eye on the little ones and keep the key in the lock. For further instructions on how to use the pool gate please message me and I will send you a how to video.NOTE this is not a party location; the guest that initiates the rental must be on the property. Our rental does not allow parties or events. My maximum for overnight guests does not allow for this home to qualify for a party/event waiver.
