It is in a tranquil neighborhood. If you rise early in the morning, you might observe two ducks swimming in the river below. After two bends or 500 meters, the river merges with the sea. Even during the summer season, the cool wind known as Burin ensures refreshing nights. It originates from the mountains and flows towards the sea. It is advisable to wear pajamas if you choose to sleep with the windows open. The apartment comes with its own parking space, which is a valuable asset in the city. LOCATION: The apartment is conveniently located on the top floor, offering an unobstructed view of the river and a soccer pitch. Its parking spot is conveniently situated behind the living room window below, and through the living room door, you can access the terrace that overlooks the neighborhood.
