It was my worst experience. I was booking a room with a jacuzzi more than a month ago, and the reservation was confirmed and the amount was reserved on the credit card, but when I arrived I was surprised that the reservation was canceled !!! and that the room no longer exists because it was given to another who paid more. There is no respect for the person. He offered us another room at a more expensive price. Never advise this hotel

Brand new hotel with clean big comfortable rooms where we had more than 3 weeks of lovely stay. Very good for families and 150% pet friendly. Extremely welcoming and helpful manager! He helped a lot even with non-hotel related questions. I quote “I want you to feel like home“. And I had feeling that we are welcome guests in uncle’s house. Amazing chef! She cooked a lot of yummy food. Whatever you like, just ask for it. Very kind and friendly staff that treats you as personal guests. Location is good, 15 minutes walking from city center, close to sea and mounts with tea and hazelnut plantations. You can get room on sea side and have nice open view or on the mounting side and enjoy bird singing. Tried jacuzzi room for a couple of nights - good one. Great sea view from the top floor, comfy chair, big jacuzzi near the window. Our son loved it! There is also plenty of space out of the room where you can be. Restaurant on 2nd floor, TV zones on 1st and 2nd floors, nice summer cafe with canopy, sofa area.
