Surfside Beach, Texas. Fantastic views of the beach and bay. Steps to the beach

We had a great stay! The house was the perfect size for the two of us, the bed was incredibly comfortable, & the location down the road from the beach was great!

IT WAS JUST AS DESCRIBED BUT I THINK EVEN CUTER. THE UNIQUE TOUCHES THE OWNER PUTS ON IT. ITS LIKE NO OTHER PLACE I HAVE STAYED IN. IT DOES NEED A PORCH LIGHT OUTSIDE

It was very clean, had everything we wanted and needed, and the location in regards to proximity to everything was perfect. We enjoyed the entire stay and will be back.

Oscar and Shel were helpful with ideas on things to do and places to eat. The cottage was so cute and comfortable. The beach access is a short 3-4 minute walk. Highly recommend.

I was a nice quiet weekend, bed is comfy and AC works incredibly ! Easy walk to beach to catch the sunrise.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in August and we loved it. The house was very comfortable, was in a good location and close to the beach. Everything was clean and the a/c was on so it was cool when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and it stayed nice and cool at all times. The kitchen had everything we needed, although we really didn’t cook any meals. We loved sitting on the balcony and looking out at the ocean with a nice sea breeze. Mosquitos did come out around dusk, so take plenty bug spray. We took our own chairs for on the deck and were glad because the chair there were not real comfortable, but they are fine for a quick sit. We drove onto the beach so that we didn’t have to carry our stuff, but it is walkable and there is a walkway over the dunes. The outdoor shower was appreciated to rinse off after the beach. The beach was very empty this time of year, so it was nice and relaxing. The water was even fairly clear. Surfside is our go to beach since it is about a 3 hour drive from home and we love it there. We used to stay at The Breeze, but it has not been open since the last storm. We have now found our perfect place to stay!
