Все хорошо, на ресепшене приятная девушка которая помогала и отвечала на все вопросы, мебель в номере старая, но это не проблема, вся техника работала, бассейн и джакузи супер, хорошо отдохнули) спасибо отелю, мы бы еще вернулись в него.

The service was alright, the room is of standard cleanliness. The room is moderate size. The location wasn't too far from the main beach. Service was ok but could be better.

The 1BHK flat was decent size and it has all facilities. Location is pretty much near to everything.

Ho soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento con un'amica. Receptionist gentilissima e super disponibile. L'appartamento era spazioso, pulito e con una grande TV. La posizione era perfetta, infatti non abbiamo mai avuto la necessità di usare i mezzi di trasporto per muoverci e raggiungere il centro, poiché era tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Ci tornerei sicuramente !!!

bit disappointing this time no pool or spa for most of stay

Three night getaway Great unit very quite at night walking distance to surfers paradise ,walking distance to cafes and restaurants,very clean room very comfortable bed had great nights sleep , very friendly staff had a carpark for unit undercover,the pool and spa area are under renovations so not in use at this time

It is in a good location, a quiet island in a busy area. We spent a month in unit 11 on the ground floor. This is a very tired unit with a bathroom that stinks. The management are greedy and unhelpful, they squeeze every coin until it squeaks. We will not stay here again. The unit was cleaned and linen replaced twice in that time. It was supposed to be done weekly. We asked twice if the missing light bulbs in the seating area could be replaced; but we were ignored. It required tools or I would have done the job myself. We were loudly notified every time water was used in any form above us, morning noon and small hours of the night. We were also loudly notified when, as commonly happens, people left or arrived in the small hours. The patio furniture was unusable because the fabric was sun damaged, I was concerned that if we tried to use it the management would make us pay, like they do for anything else.

Norm Chevron Island Great location close to central Surfers Paradise and the Chevron Island restaurants. Fully self contained apartment. Swimming pool and heated spa.

Séjour à chevron island Un excellent séjour tout est propre le personnel de la réception est parfait le seul petit soucis c’est que dans l’appartement il n’y a pas de table pour manger , obligé de manger sur la table de salon ou du balcon à par ça tout est parfait

The main complaint was there was two sets of stairs to our unit.
