The staff were brilliant the rooms were clean and the bed was the best. The resort had everything we needed we didn't have to leave for anything. Our grand child had an absolute blast of a time. We are now organising our next visit.

不愧是最好的親子酒店，孩子很喜歡水上樂園，地理位置也不錯，走到海灘五分鐘左右，附近有一個711，採購也比較方便

房間很舊，就是個農家樂的水平，打掃也不是很認真，週日打掃居然還要預約，否則不打掃。酒店最值的就是水上樂園，但是玩一天也夠了，適合本地人去度假，中國人大老遠飛過去有點不值得。看起來活動多，但是很多不開，或者衹開很短的時間。比如小火車，一天衹在中午11：30開一會兒，那個時間不在就不能玩了。另外酒店離中心還得走15分鐘，不算最繁華最方便。最好還是訂沖浪者天堂附近，方便太多了。

可以説很適合帶10歲以下孩子入住，但別對房間有太多期待，房間牙刷牙膏拖鞋都沒有，洗髮水沐浴液是一體的，沒有護髮素，洗手間非常小，通風很差，房間對着遊樂區很吵。小朋友玩水很方便

Would definitely book again. Food was good. Staff were great. Only down side was could hear people walking around in room above and baby crying at 5am . Besides soundproofing everything was great.

There is false or potentially misleading information about parking. I was informed that no parking is available but was not told that parking is limited. I assumed that since the portal states "private parking is available," it meant parking was available for all guests.

有很重的小孩子吐奶的味道，找到前台問能不能換一間被告知房滿了，讓cleaner去噴了空氣清新劑，但味道還是散不掉。 衞生條件不太好，環境和設施也很一般，很舊。

I don't recommend booking this hotel. The room is super old. Everything feels broken the next second when you touch it. It even makes a loud noise when you take a shower. The hygiene is not clean. There are even various stains on the quilt. I also found dirt that others missed on the quilt. The kettle for boiling water will have black particles no matter how many times you boil it. The swimming pool facility is open to everyone whether you are a hotel guest or not. There are a lot of people. The swimming pool is also dirty. Even the food in the restaurant tastes terrible. So I don't recommend coming to this hotel. The only advantage is that the hotel staff are very friendly. The rest can only be said to be bad reviews.
