酒店位置優越，鄰近SkyPoint 可以去觀景台遠黃金海岸景色，亦近輕軌列車站Surfers Paradise Station去那裏都方便。 酒店設備齊全有游泳池及健身室，房間寬闊，衛生情況好，工作人員態度有善，度假酒店之選。

離輕軌站不算遠，房間大小適中，有陽台能看到一些海景，有浴缸，洗澡水忽冷忽熱，吹風機壞的直冒煙，孩子都怕着火，嚇**了。

房間有海景（圖一）小廚房有電爐灶和微波爐（圖二）桑拿 泳池 健身房都還可以（圖三四五） 遇上台風 感覺酒店相對其他酒店的準備略差 設施也相對易損 遭遇斷電斷網窗户露水等等 設施損壞後的第三天 才被安排換酒店 且遭受不同等待遇 例如其他人包含換酒店計程車費用 給其他人退前晚房費 但不包括我和一些其他人 在這裏要誇獎攜程 上述的不公對待 攜程都很認真迅速地解決了！！！

酒店設定很不錯，帶游泳池，小朋友很喜歡，離地鐵站很近，可以換乘公交車到機場或者動物園，酒店步行3分鐘可以到海邊，5分鐘可到中心街區，有各種酒吧和餐廳選擇，總體很不錯。

位置很不錯 離輕軌和海灘都很近 但酒店設施需要改善 整體有點舊 酒店前台服務也一般

衞生方面有待加強，床上衞生間都有頭髮，地毯有紙屑都沒打掃乾淨，房間沒有牙具、這個倒不説，因為全澳的酒店都是不配備洗漱用品的，説説那個瓶裝的洗頭水和沐浴露🧴，預訂之前有看過驢友説全部都灌的一樣的，昨天去入住真真沒錯，親自證實了這一事實，除了護髮素是白的，其它的都是灌的一樣的東西，不過我都是自己帶了，有潔癖的驢友建議自己帶，再説説面積，房間很小很小，陽台也很小，給的樓層也不高、是3樓，我還特意備註了給我高樓層，然鵝並沒有實現😪，地理位置還算可以，樓下有很多不同風味的餐廳可以選擇，樓下有游泳池和spa 池，spa 池的水不熱，泳池的水也是冷的不是恆温的;給的房間靠外面路邊非常吵，幾乎整晚都沒怎麼睡、早早就退房了，非常不好的一次體驗👿，住過旁邊差不多價格的Oaks 酒店體驗感就好太多了，建議大家慎選吧！
