I booked a 2 bedroom executive apartment, upon arrival we noticed a musky smell lingering throughout the unit. We inspected the aircon and noticed the thick dust that was built up on the filters. We also noticed the growth of BLACK MOULD on either side of these filters. This has been reported to health and safety as black mould poses significant harm to health. The cleanliness of the resort was well below average, I would not even rate it 1 star. We had shards of glass pierce the foot of one of our guests we were holidaying with as they were moving the bed. The bed is on wheels in a carpeted area, it is easy to move. not to mention a pill that resembled an illicit drug was found in the lounge. Simply removing the lounge cushion would have ensured that this was discovered by staff, not a guest on holiday. The mattresses look like they were found at the local dump, the stains and mould over it without a cover is highly concerning and disgusting. I slept elsewhere as it was disgusting! We were also given ONE toilet roll between 3 adult guests. There was no other toilet rolls and when we asked the staff at the front desk, we were told we needed to buy some as only one toilet roll was complimentary. I have emailed the resort privately on our first day, and no reply thus far. I have sent another email and still awaiting. I am wanting a refund/compensation for the terrible stay and the waste of money on a hotel that felt like a run down, crack house.
