There wasn’t any room service/ house keeping during my stays, I left the room at 7am and asked for room cleaning, when I came back at night, I found it the same as I left it, no towel changing and no other services. The shower wasn’t that clean as well and it was blocked a little bit and so rusty

アメニティなし、最寄駅の電車はストライキで動かなくなると結構へんぴなところでした。 5日間とまりクリーニングをいったのにもかかわらず1度もタオルも交換なしクリーニングなし、水場のソープは交換なしと酷かったです。

這裏的人都很友善，一切都很好

Didn't use in the end as it was too far out, so not sure what to really say here

It was not the best the room was clean the space out side the lifts was not breakfast was not included. No egg or orange juice poster was knackered. But it was ok wents stay again 

Hallway was unclean and needed hovering. Plug point by table in bedroom didn't have a good connection and there was a lamp missing in one of the side lights. We reported this to reception and was advised that tge hotel was undergoing refurbishment.

Quality service . Good coffee and tea. Supplies can be given timeously on request. The room are smart. The bathroom is smart. The toilet is smart. You can choose shower or bath. The heating system is good. The beds were well done. All lights in good working condition. Bikash and NIda were very welcome. Splashing smiles always. It was heartwarming.

Great experience in the Bar,Cafe. A lovely pleasant welcome by the host Fayas who talked me through the breakfast. Fayas also paid interest in my future stay next week and went through opening times and other info that was relevant to me which was great - great service!! The breakfast itself was well cooked, well presented and warm, compliments to the chef Khaleed. Thank you for such great service and a great breakfast to start my day.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay at the Travelodge for a recent business trip. The room was well maintained and I had a good sleep. The staff were very accomodating and pleasant - in particular, a shout out to Scott who was helpful on more than one occasion.

We arrived to reception to check in that time we are welcomed very warm and smile man B.Srinivasa was amazing he was so warm and welcoming the room was clean tidy and smelt nicel shower clean lots of shops around and marks and Spencer great all good

Stayed after a day at Chessington, location was a bit sketchy but ok. Restaurant for dinner had nothing left to feed my family!

Worst hotel ever stayed in. Upon arrival I had to wait 10 mins as reception was unmanned. This was at 15:00hrs. We were not given the safety brief/questionnaire for person in wheelchair as at other travelodge hotels. The lifts were disgustingly dirty with what looked like split drinks on the inside of the doors. Upon entering the room, it smelt musky. Mould on the window ledge and the bathroom was well............ Leave it to your imagination. The beds had the thinnest of duvets. I went to reception to complain and was offerd towels to keep warm. Went there later to reception, as my disabled partner was freezing by now. The woman behind reception, smerked at me and her colleague and did not speak a word of English. She walked off without helping. Both receptionists were very very dismissive until I rang head booking office. When leaving after checking out, receptionist saw me struggling opening annual and trying to move wheelchair at the same time. Not once came AND offered to helpe. DISGRACEFUL. The only clean thing about this hotel was my mind. Do not stay here.
