Waterman Svpetrvs Resort - All Inclusive

We stayed at Hotel Kaktus at the resort for a week in August. We were sold the ‘privilege package’ through Tui. Overall, we felt that the hotel was more of a 3* than a 4* and wasn’t really suitable for couples who wanted to relax by the pool. Our main issue was with the privilege package that we were sold which included entry to the adult only pool. At no point were we informed that our all inclusive drinks were not included at this pool and that you could not bring all inclusive drinks in there. If we would have known this we wouldn’t have bothered paying. The hotel have responded to a recent review stating the the ‘Lenox Pool’ is seperate to the hotel. If so, why was it sold to us a part of the hotel package? The room was very basic, the worst 4* hotel room we’ve seen. Bathroom door broken, cheap shower tiles peeling away and a birds nest on the balcony with bird droppings everywhere. It really didn’t feel like a 4* room. Food was tasty but a little boring after a couple of nights. Drinks were ok if you stay away from the cocktail. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, would rather pay more for a decent 4* hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Was worried after reading some of the reviews but enjoyed everything about it. Great room, food, drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Brilliant location. Walked to left on the beach and found lovely little cove with very calm water about 10 minutes away. Water was quite choppy by the hotel. Only here for 2 days but would definitely return.

I always considered Supetar as a ferry port and nothing else. But this resort turned my opinion upside down. The place is beautiful, with awesome beaches, cozy accommodation and wonderful food. Even in September, we could choose one of three restaurants with excellent dishes for every taste, from gluten-free to meat lovers. As we arrived a day earlier, we have spent a night in penthouse apartment and the rest of vacation in the beach house. Penthouse was luxurious, but the beach house is something completely new for us. Imagine that you don't need to have your reserved spot on the beach, but you go out to swim directly from the apartment? In Dalmatia, this is hard to imagine, but this resort has it. Looking forward to return here on our next vacation.

This is a beautiful resort, in a stunning location - the sunsets are amazing! Clean and modern rooms, beautiful swimming pools and several restaurants. The resort is much bigger than I expected, so there is a bit of walking, depending on where your room is located. We did all inclusive, which suited us - nice drinks and quite a lot of options. Food was great, though don't expect a huge selection - it was perfect for us. Always pasta, pizza, salad and then other meat and vegetables. The manager helped us with a small issue and then always checked in on us whenever he saw us, which we really appreciated. Would definitely visit again!

Plus de plat traditionnel comme le poisson à mettre mais sinon c’est très bien les activités sont divertissantes les personnes sont incroyables aussi c’est vraiment très bien d’avoir de belle personne au sein d’un hôtel comme celui là où il doit y avoir du monde tout l’été. Le personnel est juste bien choisi y’a rien à dire de plus et il y a tellement de chose à faire qu’on ne s’ennuie pas on peut visiter comme se reposer selon notre point de vu des vacances.

Einfach, ein Paradies auf Erden! Nachdem wir letztes Jahr im Urlaub in einem Hotel enttäuscht wurden, waren wir dieses Jahr vorsichtig und buchten einen zu kurzen Urlaub im Waterman Beach Village – das war ein großer Fehler. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir zurück und bleiben länger. Alles ist perfekt, von den Mobilheimen, die alles bieten, was man braucht – bequeme Betten, eine funktionierende Klimaanlage, ausgezeichnete Duschen und eine gut ausgestattete Küche – bis hin zu dem phänomenalen Strand, der nur 3 Gehminuten vom Resort entfernt ist (Badeschuhe mitbringen, scharfe Steine!). Die Stadt Supetar ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand entlang erreichbar (Betonweg, nachts unbeleuchtet). Lidl, Tommy und Konzum sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Resort entfernt. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und reichlich, es lohnt sich, es zu buchen. Das Personal ist freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Resort bietet auch einen eigenen Parkplatz für 6 € pro Tag, was in Ordnung ist, aber es wäre schön, wenn dieser für Resortgäste im Preis inbegriffen wäre. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Internetverbindung, die extrem schlecht war und meistens nicht funktionierte, daher nicht wirklich für Workation geeignet. Zum Glück hatten wir genug mobiles Internet. Ich hoffe, dass dies bis zum nächsten Jahr behoben wird.

Struttura che non corrisponde alle foto, Non si può definire un 4 stelle, mangiato male e camere tenute malissimo. Pessima esperienza. Pochi lettini in piscina e sul mare tutti sono a pagamento. Le strutture che accettano carta di credito sono state solo il ristorante fronte mare e i ristoranti dove siamo andati a mangiare alcune sere, il resto dei negozi/escursioni o noleggi voglio solo contanti. Camere con bagni in decadimento, cuscini che erano un agglomerato di gomma piuma, gli asciugamani doccia li hanno cambiati su mia richiesta. Il ristorante a buffet alla sera sembrava più una mensa.

Points négatifs: Le niveau de la prestation est nettement insuffisant (Attention, ne correspond pas du tout à un 4 étoiles français même si le prix, lui était était aligné...) : - la nourriture est de mauvaise qualité (production industrielle, produits non cuisinés, sans saveur et ultra salée ou sucrée pour camoufler l'absence de goût); - les boissons sont de mauvaise qualité (le café 1er prix est mauvais, les "jus" fluorescents de toutes les couleurs ne contiennent que des produits chimiques;) - les chambres sont rudimentaires, exiguës et vieillissantes (idem pour la salle d'eau); - la literie est sale et inconfortable (matela tâché car mal protégé et aucune alèse sur les lits enfants...); - l'emplacement de l'hôtel (sur une île), limite grandement la possibilité de faire les excursions pourtant mises en avant dans l'annonce (par exemple pour Dubrovnik et les chutes de Plitvice, il faut compter 8 heures de route dans la journée pour 2 heures sur le site pour 150 euros par personnes). Au final, nous avons dû faire des dépenses supplémentaires pour profiter un minimum de nos vacances et manger et boire 2/3 fois convenablement. Vu le prix payé pour cette prestation (5keur pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants pour 10 jours tout inclus), nous sommes très déçus, nous ne repartirons pas avec FRAM. Points positifs: - L'eau de la plage est très belle et chaude, il y a de beaux couchers de soleil et une belle vue sur la côte; - Beaucoup d'activités (souvent en supplément) possibles notamment du paddle, pédalo, jet ski, tennis, salle de sport... - Possibilité d'aller à pied à Supetar et au Ferry.

PROS Facilities - the rooms are clean and comfortable (although they look nothing like they do on the website/booking site). Location- Beautiful location with lush surroundings and pebble beaches close by. Very clean resort. It is a 10-15 mins walk to centre/mirena with a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Plenty of sun loungers. CONS Food. You are allocated a restaurant when you arrive and you have to eat there for breakfast, lunch and supper. There are no children’s options at all (unless you want a slice of pizza for lunch and supper every night). Every piece of chicken had bones in it. There was not much choice and was by far the smallest all inclusive buffet I have ever experienced. Not an all inclusive dining/drink experience that needs attention. We had to eat out 6 evenings out of 7 (foodica is an onsite restaurant where you receive 10% discount and is delicious with lovely sunsets) Lack of drink stations around a large resort, particularly at the kids pool. Full fat cola is not included on all inclusive. No iron to rent. Only option was to pay per item to have them ironed. Staff were not very helpful mainly due to not understanding English. The site advised either a pool or garden view however we had a large, overgrown bush/tree with no view at all. Overall, the all inclusive service requires attention. I have been to over 20 all inclusive resorts and this was was by far the most disappointing. No attention to detail. Cocktails are served in little plastic cups and no special little touches. Very disappointed that we worked so hard for this holiday only for it to be such a let down.
