Waterman Beach Village

Lovely location - stunning beach a few minutes walk (children spent hours in the clear water snorkeling, but water shoes are a must with the sea urchins! ). Easy walk along the water into the town. Great restaurant / bar along the way - Bistro Pizzeria Vrilo, which was reasonably priced and had great views over to the mainland. Also Lidl and another supermarket very nearby. However the resort facilities were tired - ie table tennis table needed a new surface. The restaurant had wonderful views but the food wasn't that good (shown I thinkby the fact we were the only people in it the evening we went). The main disappointment however was the accommodation - we had the lodge by the road (very noisy / vibrations from trucks). The master bedroom was OK and comfy bed but the bunk room was terrible - the ladder to the top bunk was broken so my son spent the first night on the PVC sofa as he couldn't climb up. We asked to move but were told we couldn't as they were full. The ladder was patch repaired the next day but was far from ideal and were constantly concerned it would break.

We stayed in a bungalow that was clean and just the right size. It was beautifully situated among blooming trees, and the shaded patio was perfect for relaxing. I can highly recommend this place! It’s not overly touristy, just a great spot to unwind. You can use the mini-golf course, pool, and games for free. Lidl and other bigger supermarkets just up the road. The beach is just below, by the promenade, and if you follow it, you’ll reach the town in about 10 minutes. Plus, staying here gives you access to Waterman Resort, a larger hotel complex with multiple pools, beach activities, restaurants and more. We also booked a nice boat trip to see good snoreling spots.

Disappointed I was disappointed with the location as it’s supposed to be family friendly right on the beach and the beach is terrible not kids friendly, wild and far from the camp. Parking place was terrible, first they told me to park below the camp and then to move the car to olive garden where people are camping as well and there was no place and it was so tight and terrible for car tires. The terrace that we had was so close and tight there was literally toilet windows from other houses where we were sitting… disgusting! There was always a lot of leaves on the road and the pathways.. there was only two washing machines on 50 houses, crazy! The swimming pool is so small that 10 people can’t fit in there. The entertainment for kids was poor as it was in the wrong time and the only thing they could do was drawing which it not something attractive. Would not recommend it to anyone with kids and I will never come back again! Disappointed

Helt ok bungalow Fint område nære stranden. Ca. 10-15 minutter gåtur inn til Supetar. Fint og rent grillområde på «campingen». Vi bodde i bungalow. Trangt, men hadde den plassen og utstyret vi hadde behov for. En del maur inne i bungalowen. Aircondition var ikke tipp topp, men freir for noen netter.

Location not ideal! Basic and very little at the site where we booked. Don’t be fooled the main Waterman site is 3km away! This is where all the activities and action happens! The 2 pools at this site are small and the beach is extremely rocky making it difficult to get into the sea. We ended up walking about 7miles per day to get to the port & amenities of the other location. Our room wasn’t cleaned once during our stay. Supetar is great, but this was too far out and too basic for us!

Helt grei camping Minus Bassenget er veldig mye mindre enn bildene gir inntrykk av. Hyttene ligger 200-300 m unna stranden og ikke på stranden. Dyre solsenger på stranden. Harde senger. Pluss Fine, rene hytter. Kort vei til butikk
