DoubleTree by Hilton Sunrise - Sawgrass Mills arvostelua

While a little dated, this hotel was OK. Service was inconsistent. Front desk staff seemingly very junior at times and not really welcoming. Bar service took a long time. Gym crowded and not serviced with fresh towels once during my three night stay. Expected more.

Great hotel …very comfortable beds pillows & bed linen, manager Diane was very nice couldn’t do enough for us! All staff were great food in the bar was good too! A great value comfortable clean hotel!

O hotel está em obras. A piscina não está operando. Achei o atendimento no check in formal demais e o ponto alto é o que o quarto oferece, com vários artigos de tocador de muito boa qualidade e instalações muito limpas e confortáveis.

房價很高 設施老舊 沙發床根本無法睡人 酒店外表看上去不錯 裏面是真不行 另外以後在攜程平台訂房一定看好別訂代理的房 不然就準備好付了錢到酒店沒你的房

They charge me and my friend from the 1st time my boss pay online in 10-12 January. They said that my boss didn't paid for us. So, on this time I separate to booking. It is very bad from Hilton.
