Anandam Clarks Inn Suites Vrindavan

Worst experience ever. Shame on Clarks Vrindavan. Dirty toilets, dirty bedsheets, AC not working. I didn’t expect this from Clarks group. Please avoid booking this property.

the rooms were in terrible condition with no amenities. Also the pictures provided are not same. They charge way more as per the room condition. They service is also terrible.

After reaching at reception of anandam clark the reception guy told that they don't have any vacant room . book more than our capacity. when I ask him that I have paid money and at this time how can you say that you don't have any room. then my husband call , Then they arrange a vacant villa no 5 . at last but that villa is not prepared for guest, there is not any amenities in bathroom like Towel, bathing essentials even that hand wash also not available, kitchen without fridge, no tea coffe packet and electric kettle,no wifi, the bathroom toilet sheet flush is not working, and towel handle is loose fitted on wall. After asking many times for towel etc at night 10 pm they arrange only two towel , while we all total 3 guest, when I put towel in bathroom stand , stand drop down from wall with all tiles and fittings it's my hand . oversized all experience was terrible they just making fool every one , anandam clark facility is not same as they shown in pictures, I booked balcony facing view but the villa 's back faces gathered garbage infront view of balcony. the lift buttons also missing even that I am unable to press exact number .for lift buttons I take a help from one of his reception guy.. I don't give a single star for that hotel. terrible experience with such a brand of clark.
