Room was clean. Front desk lady was very helpful and nice and got us a good deal on the price... Wasn't very rushed to get out and very understanding being a few mins late to check out

The staff was very patient with me when payment method was confused we worked it' out without me having to check out and back in later

Happiness Manager is amazing

Horrible customer service. I did not stay after a 12 hour drive i was greeted by a 6 year old that first locked the door to lobby. He than told me his mother was not there and i needed to leave. I got him to unlock the door told him im sure he was not left alone to go get an adult. Afyer 4 min receptionist came back with another guest and handed him a new key code. She than explained that the whole hotel didnt have hot water and it wont be fixed till monday. After a 12 hour drive i just wanted to shower and get rest before the ballon rally in prosser so she said if i didnt want to stay i could cancel and i would be issued a refund. Which i still haven't recieved.

Bedbugs all over The worst experience ever. The hotel was awful the room was very dirty tv had not control nor channels and when removed bedding from bed it was full of bed bugs room #240. I notified the front desk and she acted like it was normal and I was crazy. She refused to give me a refund receipt but I did not care. I left in the middle of the night with my kids not knowing where to go.
