The Condo
Balcony
You can relax in lounge chair soaking in the sun in the privacy of your balcony and enjoy the vast panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean while you listening to the sounds of ocean waves. The balcony floor was updated with deck style flooring for a comfortable feel. Being on the topmost floor in the building gives you an advantage of the best panoramic view that cannot be experienced on the lower floors.
Living & Dining
When staying at this condo which you can call your second home has a living space with a Kind Bed and a comfortable queen sofa bed with storage space for extra pillows, sheets and comforter. the condo comfortable sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids. The flooring was recently updated with modern LVP.
There is a beautiful designer styled divider that separates the living space from the bed space.
The condo has new tinted impact sliding door with access to the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean.
The pub style table and chairs is perfect for an unobstructed view of the ocean.
There is a AC with only cooling system.
There is NO heating system. A space heater is available.
Kitchen
Recently upgraded Kitchen includes microwave, cook top, Fridge with built in freezer and small appliances such as toaster, coffee maker, personal smoothie maker. The kitchen is well equipped with cutlery, pots & pans,cups & plates, and glasses.
Bathroom
The condo also features upgraded bathroom with a tub. It comes with :
4 rolls of toilet tissue paper,
