Our resort style building offers many amenities such as a heated pool with cabanas, BBQ station, ping pong tables, pool table, tennis courts, gym, convenience store, hair salon, real estate agency. Located minutes form restaurants, Aventura Mall, Famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, Beaches of South Miami, Include Naturist Haulover Beach, Halouver Marina, Water Park, Miami Zoo, Aquarium and countless attractions. ***For your attention! Please be advised that concrete restoration work is scheduled to begin on March 24 2025, pending weather conditions. Some noise can occur from 9 am to 4 pm on weekdays. During this time, balcony usage is strictly prohibited while scaffolding is in place and work is being conducted on the exterior of the building. This measure is necessary to ensure the safety of all residents and workers. During this period of time, entry to the balcony will be restricted as the balcony will be covered and closed.
