Grand Hotel Sunny Beach - All Inclusive

We were there for 2 weeks with my wife and our 2 children and had the best holiday ever.The hotel is in the perfect location,direct on the beach!The room was good size,modern and we had a lovelly sea view,where you can stay on the balcony and enjoy your coffee for hours.It was very clean and fresh around,the kids spent hours on the pool,it was nicely kept and the staff in general do their best to keep this hotel in pefect condition.There is pub also for a few drinks and the food in the hotel restaurant was wonderful and very tasty, it can satisfy every taste!The staff were very friendly and speak perfect English on the Reception.This hotel is an absolute bargain and we can't wait to go back there next summer!

Amazing week away!! My first holiday away without my children in 12 years me and 3 of my friends stayed in the grand hotel sunnybeach all inclusive we wasn’t disappointed absolutely amazingly beautiful hotel rooms are so modern and clean (best holiday shower ever) staff in the hotel absolutely lovely bar a couple of kitchen staff! 😂 Food was absolutely brilliant something for everyone the snack bar bbq outside was fantastic! Now it’s not somewhere I would stay for 2 weeks with my 2 young children the pool area is on the small side and as they love the slides and action parks (gives me some peace) I always look for something with loads for them to do but an absolute perfect get away for adults and teens! Drinks are good 🥴 could do with upgrading there pop to real pop not roller cola! 😂 literally out the back gate and your on the beach! Loads and loads of shops and bars restaurants in general it’s perfect location for either end of sunnybeach The PUB underneath the hotel (not part of the all inclusive) is genuinely my favourite pub in Sunny beach so chilled and staff in there are absolutely fantastic Foods great great prices you go in and feel welcome and comfortable all in all an amazing week away and will defo be returning next year 😊

The Hotel boasts its a 4star, Hotel is ok, deco good, Position is central on sunny beach, which is fantastic. Rooms are ok, Beds were on the smaller side but comfortable. But this should be a 2 to 3 star Hotel. From all the advertisement the food looks fantastic, and it does look good in person, But much of it is tasteless, The Hotel had a revamp last year, Hotel looks much better, but the quality of food, meals has dropped considerably. I spoke to lots of people who said the exact same thing and I found that a lot of people had bad stomach aches which lasted about 2 days, so 2 days running back and fore to the loo is not a Holiday. Many of the staff couldn't understand you properly when speaking English to them, When asking for a drink you often got something completely different, alcohol was of the cheapest brands that you would ever find. no choice of any branded which many would be willing to pay for. When thanking a member of staff for the glass of coke that I had ordered, she rolled her eyes back and walked off. This is not what you want when on holiday, to feel that you have put the employee out of their way. We loved sunny beach, Bulgaria is a lovely place to visit. Shop till you drop from 10am to midnight. Hotel staff need training from the receptionists to the caterers. I would seriously avoid this Hotel, There are plenty around this one for the same sort of money, and from what Ive seen, were far better, but you may have to walk a couple of hundred yards to get on the beach.
