Et kæmpe lukket område med lejligheder, restauranter, supermarkeder, pools parker m.m., alt sammen i et indhegnet område, som kun kan tilgås med de udleverede adgangs nøgler. Rent og flot, og fantastisk for en familie ferie.

Very family oriented resort with a lot of fun creativities for the children and not only for them. You can leave the kids for the day and just spend your day around the waterfall bar with the company of some good cocktails and friends. It’s like a small town with all the shops you need… also a bakery and a restaurant with a show nights and performances which are tailored for all family members. The nature is amazing and very well taken care of. We didn’t even need to leave the resort but even if we did decide the place is strategically located near to all the other activities in Sunny beach.

Love the pools, lovely area , lost of staff to do around the hotel resort .The beds and the pillows was very uncomfortable ! We had only clean towels on on 2 and 4th day , no one come up clean for 6 days ! So We had dirty room. You could see cables hanging from the lights from the sealing ! Rooms is not enough for that hotel stars at all!! not look for 4 star hotel

We booked via Jet2 holidays as a self catering holiday for 7 nights. The apartment had a generous balcony with outdoor shower which was wonderful. Cascadas has many pools they are never crowded and can always find a quiet time. Beautiful grounds you can get lost though! Beds uncomfortable though.

Would not stay here again. Not as advertised on website, beds are the worst I have ever slept in, couldn’t wait to get home to my own bed, and when your on holiday this shouldn’t be the case, the room was only cleaned once in 7 days, even after contacting and speaking with reception several times, my parents apartment was the same horrible bed, we had to ask for towels and toilet roll as this was never replenished during our stay, the duvets were dirty and stained with no covers on them at all. The saving grace was the Italian restaurant, very good food and attentive waiters, this was the only good thing about this resort. Clearly being used by residents who live for months at a time, no sun beds available during the day even tried the many pools. The restaurant for breakfast was dirty and had cobwebs in every corner, we had to ask most mornings for extra food as not replenished very quickly. One toaster for a lot of guests was tricky as very often a long wait to use this. Personally having stayed in other hotels in sunny beach, don’t waste your money better and more comfortable hotels and resorts for your money.

This is residence hotel. The hotel facilities are really good, it has 7 swimming pools it's really wonderful for kids and we really liked pool bar.The hotel has a supermarket on site which is great. The cleaning services not really good. For 10 day stay our apartment was cleaned only twice. We had ask every 2 days to change towels they do that only after few reminders. The linen were changed only twice in 10 days after speaking to reception 5 times.
