Tiara Beach - All Inclusive

We went end of May for a week as a family of 4. Hotel is fantastic, rooms are lovely and spacious. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Plenty of sunbeds available all the time. We didn't have high hopes for the food going off other reviews, but we don't have any complaints. We all ate at every meal and food selection was amazing. We could walk too flower street within about 15 mins. The harp near the hotel is amazing for food and so cheap. The only thing I could suggest to make hotel better would be better entertainment on an evening.

Hotel fantastic rooms are clean and loads of room reception staff so friendly and helpful and could not do enough for you. Food and drink fantastic travelled solo with daughter could not fault anything about the hotel. Entertainment staff Ellie and Nikos are absolutely fantastic and made my daughters holiday. Thanks ever so much to the Tiara staff if coming back. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

well what a fab hotel pool area fantastic so many sunbeds its unreal. Hotel cleanliness was great our room done everday. and always cleaners busy around the whole hotel. Bar staff fab friendly and helpful. reception staff fantastic we where checked in so fast 5 mins tops . Our room though didnt have the best view (road side) it was HUGE BIG ENOUGH TO TAKE MY MOBILITY SCOOTER IN AND TURN IT AROUND . Food was good breakfast lovely proper sausage,fried and scrambled eggs,mushrooms,tomatoes,hash browns .eggy bread,cheese eggy bread,omelettes freshly made,pancakes plus all your usual meats and cheese cereals, drinks very nice coffee lovely as was the orange juice,apple juice etc. and even beer lol. now a slight negative occasionally a few things where a little cold at lunch oe evening meals alot depended on your timings i just microwaved mine all good. Hotel was very quiet as was area it always is early may in bulgaria. However met some lovely people who helped make the holiday a great laugh If you see this post its scooter jon .

Hotel is lovely, cant fault rooms, pool area is lovely and the beach behind hotel dunes is lovely. Negatives.........the restaurant completely lets down this hotel. Stone cold food. Hot food that is so cold it definitely will not pass temperature checks and breeding ground for bacteria and ecoli! Reported to Jet2 rep . Food and beverage manager and 4 other staff no one had clue how to use the microwave to heat up food. Fizzy drinks machines drinks completely flat...no fizz whatsoever. Told staff..shiulders shrugged and ignored. Hot drinks machines in restaurant water does not boil properly so drinks are warm not boiling hot. Most supposed clean glasses for drinks if you look are filthy not been washed properly still dirty. Knives forks on tables, everday most were not clean if you look closely. Meanwhile staff just stood around doing nothing most of time. Food and beverage manager needs kick up backside to get this restaurant running correctly and the food piping hot as it should be. If it this bad early May i dread to think how bad it is in july/August. Bear in mind also the strip in Sunny beach most if it is is closed, nothing open early May not even supermarkets, as well as week im here excursions are not running yet either. Nightmare to get milk for tea and coffee. Why have tea and coffee in rooms but no milk? Bar wont give you any. Its an all inclusive hotel for god sake, just keep giving you cocktail menu....no use if you are unable to drink alcohol!!!! Ive worked in travel for last 25 years so im.not just a moaner and im very well travelled living in hotels working with tourists for most of the time but in this day and age food hygene should be a priority especially in 4* hotels.

Was given a very warm welcome on arrival that continued throughout my mini break . Couldn’t find fault with the food excellent selection for every meal and if you missed a meal there was a snack bar available. Staff were very attentive and took time out to speak even if was just a quick good morning or hello . Plenty of sun beds all around the pool areas . There was an entertainment team which also did kids club if anyone wanted to sign up there kids . If I had to have anything negative I would say entertainment at night could be better rather than just mini disco , quiz or sketch show but even that would not deter me from going back and there were large family groups that were there on second and third visits

We were moved into this hotel at late notice and it was the worst possible move. When we arrived we were presented with a brown paper bag that contained some stale bread, some salami and some bottled water, the food was inedible! We checked into our room and went straight to bed after a long delay. We went to breakfast on first morning and the food on display was off the worst quality I could imagine, I ate porridge for the entire holiday! Lunch and Dinner were no better, tough cold meat (mostly pork) so tasteless that we ate out every night which considering we were all inclusive we weren't expecting to do. The surrounding area was derelict, most either closed for season or closed for a long time! I have mobility issues so to be so far away from the resort centre made us feel very isolated. There was supposed to be a shuttle bus from the hotel that could take us to Sunny Beach but we were advised this had stopped the week before we arrived so we had to pay for private taxis too and from the centre twice daily. The pool was dirty and in the time we were there I didn't see it cleaned properly, I could see dirt on pool floor from the balcony. To make things worse, after a few days the hotel then started collecting the sunbeds and the parasols to be stored away! I understand we visited towards the end of the season but this hotel was in no state to receive guests. The staff were mostly unfriendly and unhelpful, one told us they were having a party as soon as us and the other current guests left. There was absolutely no night time entertainment and very little daytime, felt sorry for the couple of kids that were there. On the last night we were actually denied shorts from the bar (the staff appeared to be saving it for their end of season party). Small shout out to Sabina the cleaner who cleaned our room daily and kept us in clean towels, bed made etc. In summary, the standards at this hotel are way below anything I have experienced. How they are claiming it is 4 star I cannot understand, I would not return here if it was free!
