Из плюсов, отель после ремонта, хорошие матрасы, бельё. Отличный завтрак. Расположение прямо у прогулочной улицы- это и плюс и минус, т.к если окна выходят на неё, то шумно до 1 ночи. Из минусов-нет своего пляжа, бассейн небольшой, лежаков очень мало и все уже заняты в 8 утра. Ужасный сервис, в баре если не смотреть, недоливают алкоголь. Очень плохая уборка. Парковка у отеля платная 25 лев в сутки

Kahvaltısı kötü. Çeşit az.Kalan peynirleri toplayıp 4-5 çeşit eski peyniri ertesi gün tekrar servis ediyorlar.

The hotel is new. Google maps has not updated its correct location. If you fail to reach the hotel by driving, please type ‘Hotel Globus’ in your GPS. Breakfast and the orange juice are very good with sufficient choices. We stayed for two nights but they failed to tidy and clean the room after the first night until we asked them to do so. We needed to ask them to replace the towels, amenities and water. The pool closes at 18:00 which is quite ridiculous. I guess we can still swim but without lifeguards. In general you could expect a new and modern hotel with nice buffet breakfast and close to Sunny beach but not with up to expectation services.

We returned from a globus trip to Costa Rica which was very disappointing. We signed up for small group and had 46 people in our group. Tour leader spoke more Spanish than English. Did not address whole group. Very disappointed.will not use again.

My partner and I took a two-week bus tour of the UK and Ireland in September 2024 with Globus. The tour itself was OK but, except for a couple nice ones, most of the hotels they provided were horrible. They were small, old, run-down, poorly lit, and dingy. Globus, in their brochure, promised first-class hotels for the trip but they deceived us in this. I would not rate them even three stars. This was very disappointing and took away a lot from the enjoyment of the trip. Please be aware that this is a second-rate travel company. Pick another one if you can. The trip itself was not good value!

Excellent choice for sunny beach We stayed here fir one night of our 4 day holiday. I wish we stayed here for all 4 days. The hotel is newly opened after renovation probably. Everything is 4-5 star quality. The room is comfy. Bed and pillows are excellent. The aircon works fine. The lobby is spacious and luxary. Staff are friendly. The pool is nice size.

Sehr gut, aber noch Kinderkrankheiten Im grossen und ganzen ein sehr schönes Hotel. Es wurde aber kürzlich renoviert. Grundsätzlich ist das gut gelungen, aber es funktionieren einige Dinge noch nicht so gut. So lief auch in meinem Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht und auch nicht im prinzipiell gut ausgestattet Gym. Sehr nettes Personal. Achtung, die Beschreibung auf Google Maps ist falsch, man muss dort nach Hotel Globus suchen.

Per the booking the Hotel came with free onsite parking... While checking in we were told by the front desk lady hotel didnt own any of the parking. at which point they pointed at a 3rd party parking attendent at which looked to be the parking lot of the hotel... Felt like I was staying at a Motel 8 and not a Sheraton.

Beautiful and clean property, convenient location on the beach and near buy shopping, restaurants. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The only problem we have is the parking. No parking available and we got a parking ticket with in 5 min just to check in to the hotel.

Von der Buchung an wollten wir das Hotel per Telefon erreichen, jedoch nahm das Telefon nie jemand ab. Im ganzen Hotel funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht richtig. In unserem Zimmer war es 30.2 Grad. An verschiedenen Orten im Hotel tropfte Wasser von der Decke.Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich und arrogant, erwarten sie nicht einen guten morgen Gruss. 50 Liegestühle am Pool sind viel zu wenig für so eine grosse Poolanlage. Alle Speisen am Frühstückbuffet liegen über Stunden ungekühlt und ohne Spukschutz herum. Wir waren froh das wir wieder abreisen konnten. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt.
