Hotel Fenix

отдыхала в отеле Hotel Fenix (Солнечный Берег, Болгария) 7 дней с 21 по 28 августа 2024, полупансион - 2 приема пищи. плюсы: 1. ежедневная смена полотенец, смена постельного белья 2 раза за время пребывания. перегорела лампочка в душевой - сказала об этом горничной и лампочку через полчаса заменили. горничной я ставлю 5 звезд :D 2. расположение - пляж близко, через дорогу, очень большой, песчаный, место всегда хватало всем. 3. рядом c отелем есть супермаркет ALDO, с вполне приятными ценами и неплохим выбором косметики, алкоголя и продуктов. 4. когда заселилась (около 10 вечера) - дали пакетик с едой - два бутерброда с сыром и колбасой, зеленое яблоко и бутылку питьевой воды. было очень приятно, так как была без сил, чтобы идти в магазин. минусы: 1. отель большой, 9 этажей - очереди за едой просто огромные, можно простоять 30-40 мин пока что-то положишь себе на тарелку (я с таким столкнулась в первый раз в своей жизни) 2. очередь за мороженым просто километровая, я так и не поела его в отеле:) 3. на столах грязно и их мало - и это еще квест найти себе место за столом. (в последние 3 дня я ставла ходить за полчаса до закрытия ресторана, только так можно избежать этих очередей). 4. еда очень средняя, из вкусного был только арбуз и дыня. 5. и в целом место приема пищи рестораном назвать язык не повернется, это столовая. и сам отель далеко не 4 звезды. 6. персонал на ресепшн не очень приветливый:) резюмируя: если и поеду еще раз, то буду брать только вариант без питания.

Ok hotel. Spacious rooms. We had a great sea view - other rooms near 1st floor had terrible views. The pool was small and not suited for kids. Impossibe to get sunbeds. The food in the restaurant was REALLY bad. Luckily we only had breakfast there. The eggs were partly uncooked, the bread dry, the pastry was stale. The staff in the lobby was not very helpful.

Bardzo polecam ten hotel, naprawdę byliśmy bardzo miło zaskoczeni. Przemiła obsługa, wszystkie sprawy rozwiązywane od razu. Smaczne jedzenie, basen większy niż na zdjęciach, leżaków nie brakowało, plaża widoczna z okna hotelu. W koło nie brak atrakcji lecz jest to spokójna okolica. Nie jest to hotel dla ludzi którzy wymagają perfekcji i luksusu, ale jego standard jest jak najbardziej adekwatny do ceny. Pokoje klimatyzowane, bardzo przestronne, świetnie wyciszone od zewnątrz z dużym balkonem. Łóżko bardzo duże i wygodne, dostawka (duży rozkładany fotel) z cienkim materacem, ale również wygodna i nie skrzypiąca. Dodatkowo w pokoju lodówka, suszarka, telewizor, szklanki, mydełka, szampony oraz ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Hotel w spokojnej dzielnicy, ale bardzo blisko centrum rozrywkowego miasta. Morze zaraz za hotelem, widać je z większości pokoi. Blisko przystanek autobusowy. Jedzenie i napoje: mieliśmy opcje 2 posiłki dziennie: śniadanie 7:30-10:00, kolacja 18:30-21:00. Zawsze duży wybór potraw, często dokładane, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Połowa bufetu to zimna płyta a druga dania na ciepło. Do śniadanie duży wybór napoii, do kolacji tylko woda. Duży wybór owoców. Na stolik nigdy nie trzeba było czekać. Przy all inclusive od 11 do 18 można było cały czas coś zjeść czy się napić.

ALL INCLUSIVE Заселение в 14:00 а обед до 14:30 но кушать вам не дадут(у нас в отеле заселенцы едят ток ужин, даже сказали за браслетом спустится ток в 15:00) на вопрос где такое пишет -сказали читайте свой договор с турфирмой Есть сейф в номере но ключ стоит 5 лв Постирать хотите одежду? отдельно носки, футболки, шорты на все своя цена вроде носки 3 лв пара. Еда это ужас!!!! я ел там ток 2 дня из 7 ибо на 3 день у меня начал болеть желудок(тупо воротит от этой еды) Алкоголь в баре(ах да бар All Inclusive находится в столовке отдельно от основного бара) тупо шмурдяк-паль-от которого болит потом голова В нашем номере была какая то дверь в соседний номер (хорошо хоть закрытая) через которую очень хорошо слышно каждый звук На 314 номеров очень мало лежаков которые нужно бежать занимать чуть ли не в 6 утра ибо потом будешь лежать на траве. Если ищете тупо поспать и близко к морю то советую 100% Все остальное ужас!!!!! Итого Место 10-10 Еда 1-10 Бар 1-10 Номера 1-10 Сервис 1-10 Сугубо мое мнение на все и я там был первый и последний раз П.С. к турфирме вопросов не имею пользуюсь ее услугами не первый раз

They claim to be a 4-star hotel, but it seems more like a 1-star. First of all the employees (even the ones in the reception) couldnt understand english. The ladies who cleaned the room forgot to give os towels 2 days, but still took the ones we had, and when we asked the reciption for towels (to take a shower) they didnt wanna give us any, even tho it was the cleaning ladies fault, because they forgot to give us some new ones. Other than that, the food in the hotel was bad. The only acceptional thing was their fruits. Besides that, the staff that worked at the pool didnt care about people breaking the pool-rules, which ruined the experience for so many. Other than that, people would get up a 7 or 8 in the morning to put their towels on the sunbeds, and then leave the hotel, so when they come back they had a sunbed. The hotel staff would see this and do nothing about it. And when we talked to them about it, they just said they couldnt do anything, instead of keeping an eye on people? In one of our rooms, the electricity and water was not working, and it took the staff TWO DAYS, to get it fixed, and when we asked for a new room the first day because of the problem, they didnt wanna give us a new one. To for two days, our mom and aunt was without water and electricity in the room, and they were so slow to do anything about it. Another room we had had a very bad smell because of the sewer-system.

If I could award this hotel a minus I would. *Hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. *Food awful, undercooked (raw chicken), a lot of food inedible. *Food not replenished, to be told it's finished even with over an hour left on all- inclusive. *Drinks ok but also told certain drinks had finished as they ran out with over an hour and a half left. *Told we can't sit in certain areas because we were all inclusive and told we hadn't paid for drinks later finding out these areas were for the bar which was payable( we weren't aware of this). *Witnessing people having to eat their evening meal around the pool on Sun loungers. *Witnessing The "Lifeguard" throwing people's towels onto the grass area and moving their sun loungers to give to other people. When asked he said "don't speak English". When he wasn't doing that he was lying on his sun lounger. Our group never witnessed it but were told from a number of other guests that some of the restaurant staff were in the swimming pool around 3 o'clock in the morning although it was closed until 9am. * I could go on but I hope you get the picture. *** AVOID HOTEL FENIX, BULGARIA***
