MPM Astoria Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

Very basic, not worth a 4 star hotel. Room full of mosquitos

All I can say everything was perfect anyone not happy with this hotel should have spent more money.Would highly recommend and will be back next year

The hotel is terrible.. Starting with the accommodation.. If you arrive at the hotel before 14.00, the wristband will be put on only after 14.00 so that you will not get any food until dinner.. The cleanliness is tragic.. The rooms are terrible, there is not even a teapot.. The bathroom is terrible.. Food and drinks - the catastrophe is even worse.. A restaurant-canteen that serves cold food, because it has nowhere to put the equipment to keep the food from getting cold.. The beach is private, but.. the sunbeds are 100 meters from the sea and plastic ones, on which it is impossible to lie down.. There is no territory at all.. Max 2 stars, bypass this Russian holiday legacy

We returned to this hotel, because we had such a good time the first time but it was much different this time, and not in a good way. We checked in at 13.52hrs, 8 minutes before we officially could. They gave us the room key and asked us to return to get our All Inclusive band after 2pm. Fair enough, if not a little jobsworthy. So we returned at just after 2pm and there was a queue. And so we waited for almost 25 minutes, got to the front and the receptionist asked if we could return in 10 minutes? I said no, so she relented and gave us our AI band which took less than 30 seconds. I KNOW its really petty but I was so bemused as to what the issue was! But it left a slightly sour taste. The food is ok, and you wont go hungry. But again, a marked deterioration in the food from last time. Especially the puddings, they dont put out enough serving spoons so they call get clogged up with cake, and it all becomes one big mess. And the puddings were my fave last time! I love how they lock the pool door overnight so you simply can't reserve beds with towels in the early hours, so no 3am bed patrol And they open the door at 9am and there's a relaxed feel as you all enter the pool area and take a bed. If you leave it much later than 10am then you have no chance of getting a bed until later in the day. Over all the drink quality is pretty poor. The soft drinks are incredibly sugary, and it isn't a nice taste. The beer is watered down as you can drink 150 and still stand up. The staff are pretty grumpy and dont engage much which is a shame. I got told off on day 1 for standing at the wrong end of the round pool bar, which didnt please me much! The private beach area is brilliant and the beach bar is a massive plus ( and another reason why we returned here) It's less than a 2 min walk from the hotel and the beach is lovely. Two older lifts which dont hold many and are slow, not too bad for us but would possibly be a nightmare in the height of the season. And the dining area gets rammed quite quickly and lack of seating is evident. Hotel is in a great location smack bang in the middle of everything All in all, its not too bad. Just not as good as it once was in my opinion. As long as you dont expect too much you'll probably enjoy your stay.

Отдыхали 10 ночей в июне 2024 в Астории. Понравилось: еда - всегда вкусно и разнообразно, напитки на любой вкус, коктейли в лобби баре готовят вкуснее намного, чем в баре у бассейна. Шезлонги у пляжа всегда есть свободные. Их там очень много и хватит точно всем места. Уборка номера ежедневно, если что-то закончилось в номере, то можно попросить у горничных и они дадут. Расположение отеля и пляжа отличное, идти до пляжа минуту. В баре на пляже есть кофе разное, горячий шоколад, фанта, спрайт, минералка, соки - вишневый, апельсиновый, яблочный и пиво. В снэк баре всегда есть что покушать, и фрукты, соки, кофе. Не понравилось: анимация вообще никакая, даже больше раздражает, чем веселит. Каждый день одно и тоже, но для ребенка 6 лет вечернее мини диско очень нравилось. Территория очень маленькая, днём в жару свободных шезлонгов у бассейна не найти. Персонал не приветливый. Туалет в холле отеля ужасно вонючий, хотя его и убирают много раз в день, но все равно вонь стоит ужасная. Гели для душа и шампунь стоит брать свои, те которые даёт отель ужасного качества. В общем: вас могут заселить раньше 14.30, если есть свободные номера, но раньше это значит часов в 14.00. Браслеты вам не оденут раньше, чем 14.30 это 100%.

For the price we pay it was perfect. The food was good and there are shezlongs right next to the hotel that are free. The rooms were very well cleaned all the time. Animation team was on ponit. We played the best water polo. Very polițe and friendly people and the other part of the staff was amazing at their job.
