On arrival 3.00 am looking all around for the receptionist to check in we saw who we thought was a guest fast asleep like a Dormouse hibernating on one of the many sofas, it took us over 5 minutes to bring the young man back into the land of the living not a good start to our vacation. Breakfast was cold thick hotdog sausage, cold scrambled omelette and cold fried dough not good. No imagination was used for the breakfast menu eg cereals, croissants or some other tasty food cooked fresh and served HOT. The maids were pleasant the rooms were clean and well maintained. Read the other reviews before you book!

Blisko do plaży obsługa miła reszta na minus. Jedzenie nie dobre na 6 dni byliśmy raz na śniadaniu nie polecam. Pokój był sprzątany ale jest niedoczyszczony. W tej cenie można znaleźć coś lepszego. Hotel powinien mieć 1 gwiazdkę. Nic szerokiego.

Had a lovely time staying at the Esperanto Hotel, had everything needed. The room was spacious, had a mini fridge, shower room and really spacious balcony. The room was cleaned everyday, with fresh towels and bedding regularly. Communal areas was clean and tidy. We booked Bed and Breakfast, the staff were humbled by our thank yous. It is at the quieter end of Sunny Beach. It had local amenities on its doorstep.

Hotel jak najbardziej polecam. Mieliśmy pokój ze śniadaniem, może śniadania nie są jak w hotelu z all lecz głodnym się nie wyjdzie jest kawa,czekolada, herbaty,soki, wędliny,ser biały i żółty,pomidor ,ogórek cebulką także na ciepło są jajka, makaron,jajecznica,omlety,babka , słodkie bułeczki naprawdę nie ma co narzekać. Pokoje czyste,duże, duży balkon, sprzątane ciężko powiedzieć jak często ponieważ nie mieliśmy potrzeby codziennej wymiany ręczników czy pościeli w domu także tego się na co dzień nie robi lecz pytają Panie sprzątające czy posprzątać pokój zawsze można poprosić o wymianę ręczników czy dodatkowego ręcznika nie było żadnego problemu. Basen nie za duży lecz na schłodzenie bardzo wystarczający, piwko w barze hotelowym 5 lew. Blisko do Nessebar zawsze można skorzystać z kolejki która stoi pod hotelem za 6 lew od od lub autobusem gdzie przystanki także są przy hotelu gdzie jedzie pod sam Nessebar za 2 lew os. Naprawdę dla nie wymagających luksusów polecam pobyt w tym hotelu.

Hotel Esperanto to ładny budynek , nie za duży - dla ludzi lubiących troszkę luzu i swobody bardzo polecam ,( Nie Resorty z obłożeniem do maximum-głośno , ciasno itp.)Może nie nowoczesny ale czysto.++

Hotel i pokój daje radę. Jedzenie najgorszego pokroju. To samo. Można jeść chleb i jaja. Da radę. Ale obsługa . No trzymajcie mnie. Kelnerzy zbierają talerze jak się jeszcze je.obserwuja zza lady i stoją bezczynnie, lub ich brak. Brakuje w czasie ruchu sztućców,szklanek jedzenia. W tym czasie Niko nie znajdziesz. Niektórzy chodzą między stołami z taką radością w twarzy i sposobem bycia, czekamy aż ktoś dostanie w łeb. Jedzenie porażka oceniam te część na zero. Gdyby była opcja bez jedzenia było by lepiej. Opinie o innych posiłkach również nie są pochlebne. Z tego co mówią ludzie w lobby. Internet w hotelu, to nie prawda. W moim pokoju nie ma. Trzeba siedzieć w lobby

Hotel dobrze usytuowany - blisko do plaży (250m), do Nesebyru i do lotniska w Burgas. Pokój 2 osobowy bardzo duży, pościel i ręczniki zmieniane co 2-3 dni. Obsługa w recepcji przeciętna, a w restauracji bardzo sympatyczne chłopaki i starsza pani. Jedzenie smaczne, niezły wybór dań. Mieliśmy 3 posiłki, więc do obiadu i kolacji możliwość korzystania z zimnych napojów (wino, piwo, soki). Ogólnie hotel wart swojej ceny. Muszę skrytykować TUI za to, że wysyła ludzi o 7 rano do hotelu, w którym doba zaczyna się o 14, a pierwszym posiłkiem jest kolacja o godz. 18.

AVOIDDDD! terrible hotel food is absolutely disgusting they were serving spaghetti for breakfast as some point. For an all inclusive paid for hotel they only allowed you to have one glass of juice and would charge extra for water. You cannot take food and drinks to the hotel with you. The staff are very rude and speak no english. The bathroom would flood every day and a hazard as it was very slipper even thought we wasted all our towels on the floor to make sure we dont trip and die. pool was tiny. The only good thing about this hotel was the location as it was close to the beach yet had no access to sunbeds like the other hotels.

Day 1, The hotel claimed they did not have our booking and suggested we checked in and they would contact *******, the manager asked to borrow my phone to forward the booking details. Day 2, claimed there was no internet in Bulgaria despite it being available in the adjacent businesses. Day 3, claimed ******* was impossible to contact – At this point, I realized we were being scammed, collated my booking information, and found the mail had been deleted from my phone. Contacted ******* and informed them we were being set up for a large bill at the end of the vacation. Day 4, confronted the hotel manager who called in a minder and negotiated an exit. Informed that the non-Expedia booking rate was treble the ******* rate. Each time the manager used her calculator she managed to double the final result. Finally, we agreed on a sum of 225 lev (based roughly on the £22 ******* price) and I was given a bogus receipt for sundry items. Day 5, ******* contacted me and claimed the hotel had received the booking and debited the full amount on top of the additional paid. Total scam and loss just under £160 – As the individual concerned was the only English-speaking member of staff, I guess this treatment is reserved for those who do not speak Russian or Bulgarian.
