Hotel Yunona - All Inclusive

The plus side of the Yunona is the location. Close to beach, Flower Street. The Mall ???? Facing not many shops are open most are empty. Arrived late at hotel, pulled beds apart the mess found under the beds was appalling. Cleaners obviously do not move furniture to clean. Electrical sockets hanging off walls. Food not very nice, hot food was always cold no matter what time you went into the restaurant to eat. Roast Chicken served lunch and evening meal every day. Ate out most days due to same foods (cold meant to be hot) Never saw food being probed for core temp. On one occasion before I could scrape my plate staff member told me No No No promptly removed my plate from my hand returning my left overs to the kitchen to be put back out for someone else to eat. Ate out after this as I wasn't sure if I was eating someone else's left overs. Pool area would be nice if the leaves was removed from the water vents. This was never done while we was there. Reception staff well one of the females was friendly just the one. Bar man tried his best. Snacks lack of imagination small trays of bite sized biscuits daily, twice a day. Which didn't last long. All in all the all inclusive package at this hotel is not very good worst Balkan Holiday Hotel that I have ever stayed in. Will not be going back to the Yunona.

Очень маленькая территория отеля, но ухоженная. Детской площадки считай, что нету, в лобби пару диванчиков и столиков, тоже маловато. Для тихого семейного отдыха с детьми неплохой вариант, анимации нет, в отеле тихо. Еда вкусная, но хотелось бы больше разнообразия. Уборки в номере считай, что нету, нужно бросать на пол полотенца, чтобы их меняли и просить на рецепции, чтобы хотя бы полы помыли. Для трехзвездночного отеля довольно таки неплохо.

We booked this hotel despite reading the reviews!!, big mistake!!, arriving my heart sank the front is run down looking and covered in trees, check in easy. Shown to our room and was wondering why staff were putting on lights!, the balcony had trees outside and blocked all natural light and not want you want to look out on, my partner demanded room swap which did happen the following day and got room with bit of a view past trees. Food. Was the biggest problem, definitely not good, poor standard. Repetitive unless your Russian they piled plates high, we went out to eat!. Staff in dinning room rude and are just there to police food and ensure you don't take anything from meals out, I watched this young female member of staff snap a sandwich which a lady had made and wrapped in napkin from her hand and shout at her repeatedly and aggressively. Bar is small with a pleasent female and rude male who always serves men first. Cleaning staff work hard and are polite and friendly, I lost a Pandora bracelet and was handed in by them. Pool is great, clean with a very dedicated life guard. 95% of guests are Russian, this is definitely not a place for anyone from UK to holiday so please consider elsewhere as it really killed the holiday vibe and felt like a waste of money

Absolutely disgusting hotel. I would beg people to reconsider this choice. Myself and my husband booked this as a last minute break , our room was filthy, faecal matter all around toilet. Shower very powerful which was great but had to scrub it before we could use it. THE FOOD where to begin. Nothing was hot, no description of any kind to what anything was when I asked what the choice was I was told "meat". We had to eat out every single day. We were meant to be all inclusive. There are no snacks available. Just biscuits and ice creams. The attitude of most of the staff was distain especially to British tourists. The all inclusive bar offered Gin, Whiskey, Vodka beer and wine, the staff at the bar were always behind in a room and when you tried to get their attention they were very rude as if you had disturbed them they were always on there phones and even smoking. As I said earlier it was just myself and husband so it was very affordable for us to dine out. The restaraunts in Sunny Beach were our godsend. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

AVOID IF BRITISH!! We went all inclusive as a family, my mum, dad myself and 2 sons. Rooms were never cleaned the food was disgusting and certainly never catered for English. The cleaning staff were very rude but the man and lady behind the bar and lifeguard were very friendly and always had a smile at the kids. When snacks were out people were just basically emptying the full trays. Wasn't many English guests and the guests were really ignorant also. My room smelled like sour and when I tried to speak to reception about it they were clueless to what I was trying to say! 2 weeks we stayed and ate there 3 times, mostly ate out. If you like fish or cold bland food then this is the place for you!! Only gave 2 stars for how friendly the bar staff amd lifeguard was. Would have left none!

I have left 4 stars although 3.5 probably more accurate but I feel some of the negative reviews are a bit harsh so gave them a little boost. The breakfast was nice with lots of choice - frankfurter style sausages streaky bacon and a variety of eggs with beans then the usual continental selection plus yogurt fruit cereal etc. The queue for the coffee machine and toaster could be a bit frustrating but the coffee was very nice. Lunch was repetitive but we always found something and had no problems with it being cold or undercooked. We never had dinner as we like to go out. The all inclusive drinks were limited in choice but again we all found something we liked and the measures were generous although the plastic cups for the pool were small. The room was a lovely size and the air conditioning worked well. The shower was very powerful and clean although it could get very hot so best to check the temperature before letting a child go in. Full size mirror on the back of the sliding bathroom door was handy. Nice size wardrobe with a few hangers. All the staff were friendly apart from the lady at the bar who could sometimes seem a bit grumpy. The pool was lovely and no problem getting a sunbed although a few could do with replacing. The reviews I read before arriving almost ruined my pre holiday excitement so I thought I would try at least to put your mind at rest if you have booked here. It’s not all singing all dancing but for the price we paid and the location we would return
