Melia Sunny Beach All Inclusive

Im now on Holiday at Melia Sunny Beach. Im enjoying the good quality from the hotel again, even after 5 yesrs. The food is very nice, clean rooms and Tlthis year i experienced exceptional sevice from Peter the guest experience manager, he helped me with some issues right on the spot! I would recommend his service and the other staff as well. Any questions...Ask for Peter he will help !

I arrived to the hotel yesterday 27th June 2025 I had to talk with Peter at the hotel and what a great service I had spot on all ways great service level of service all ways 100% I all ways come back ever year

My friends made vacation on Sunny Beach and stayed in hotel Meliá.They are very satisfied with location, hotel, food and staff.We had good time on Beach and every single day ice creams, drinks and nice talk with staff there:)))We made even friends with some of them, Tigran showed excellent service, we had fun and looking forward visit again Sunny Beach. Visited for 12 nights June 12th with Friends for my birthday. Fantastic hotel and staff. Rooms spacious with everything you need, Air Con, Safe, Fridge, Hair Drier. Iron and board on request. Towels changed every day. Bed was comfy. 2 drinks machines on every landing vending coffee, capachino hot chocolate, hot milk and hot water. Food was really nice and good choice. Snack bar does great toasties from 10am until 12pm, then lovely burgers, hot dogs, wings and ribs. Ned in the snack bar is an asset to the hotel, always smiling and friendly and constantly asking if you are OK and enjoying your holiday. Never struggled for a sun bed as there are literally hundreds available around the 3 pools. Staff on reception are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. Peter the customer satisfaction officer is always walking around the hotel asking if everything is OK. I could go on and on giving this hotel and staff plaudits and it would be well deserved. Brilliant Hotel. Will definitely return for my 3rd visit.

Brilliant hotel Great food and facilities plenty of sunbeds Good friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you especially peter the hotel liaison officer who sorted my plug out and got the cornflakes in also rooms cleaned every day and beach towels can be changed daily the hotel is slap bang in the middle of old town and flower street

Wanna thank to Tigran and the staff on beach bar for the best paninis and the ice creams. We loved the hotel and the food. Next time I’ll come again here for sure. Thank you Melia for making our holidays special for us.
