Ivana Palace Hotel - Free Parking arvostelua

Just back from another amazing holiday spent at the Ivana Palace. This was our 5th time staying and it never fails to amaze. Staff are polite and helpful and very approachable. The location of the hotel itself is very good as it is a couple of minutes walk from the beach and the main promenade which runs all the way to the main strip which is Flower Street. There is also a bus stop on the corner where a bus runs every 10 minutes to Nessebar for 2 lev either way. The hotel is spotlessly clean with daily towel changing an cleaning of the rooms. The beds are comfy with real matresses and the rooms are airy and bright. The ambience of the hotel in general is laid back and easygoing. Sunbeds are plentyful and free of charge. There are two bars operating daily, one indoor and one outdoor. They are well stocked and the local beers are cheap and delish. The bar staff are all very polite and helpful and nothing is too much. The owners of the bar are a lovely couple who appear to be seperate from the hotel, and are extremely popular with returning customers year in year out. They are very warm and welcoming and are a definite pull factor for loyal customers of the hotel. Many people we spoke to are coming to the hotel for years, and in some cases twice a year. We went for bed and breakfast option. The food was adequate for what one would expect to reflect the price. The usual mix of eggs, bacon, toast, fruit, salads, breads, pastries, juices, cereals, tea and coffee were available. Eating out is very reasonable and there are umpteen places along the promenade or even across the road in Friends which offers a great menu also. The restaurant on the corner near the bus stop is also lovely. The hotel aslo has a little shop selling cold drinks and various bits and bobs if needed. The rooms each have a fridge to keep drinks cold which can be helpful during the night. All in all I would giver this hotel 5 stars based upon affordablitly and satisfaction which is the reason why so many people return year on year out. I would also suggest that the bar owners Dido and Darina are one of the major pull factors in attracting folk back over the last 16 years or so according to many holiday makers we spoke to. Will we be back again next year? Definitely! In fact we will go twice again, and hopefull do a little more exploring of the region on day trips etc. All in all I would recommend this hotel to anybody. It'also s a hotel where people could visit alone and feel perfectly safe also, which is a rarity these days. See you next year Ivana Palace. Counting the days down already!!!!!!!!!!!
