Hotel Baikal - All Inclusive

This is a great hotel. Beautifully renovated and a huge buffet. The food is tasty but doesn’t offer many healthy options. Everything seems to be either pizza, pasta, fried food or swimming in gravy. They serve almost the same everyday but that’s what you expect when booking all inclusive. Food is very kid friendly. The animations team is amazing and have been entertaining us the entire week. This is a good place for both families, couples and friends. They do lots of activities and shows for everyone. The hotel, however, does seem too small to the amount of guests staying here. You will have to expect a waiting time at the restaurant for approximately 10-30 minutes depending on whether you’d like a table outside or inside. The evening entertainment is right next to the restaurant so people will reserve the tables from dinner time to evening which makes it hard to get a table. At the pool it is forbidden to reserve the sunbeds but people do it anyway. The staff members try to remove towels but not enough. We stayed 7 days but only managed to get a subbed at the pool 1 day. The bar offers a great selection of snacks and drinks all day long.

The room was dirty, with trash and bread crumbs on the floor. The rooms were very basic and not nice at all. In addition, the staff was very lunhelpful and the internet also didn't work in the room. If you're used to a hotel with some standard, I strongly recommend staying away from this one. It's definitely worth paying extra to stay somewhere nicer! Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich hatte das Vergnügen, meinen Urlaub in Ihrem wunderbaren Hotel Baikal in Bulgarien am Sonnenstrand zu verbringen und möchte diese Gelegenheit nutzen, um eine Bewertung abzugeben, die sowohl das Hotel als auch die Animation würdigt. Von dem Moment an, als ich das Hotel betrat, war ich von der eleganten und einladenden Atmosphäre begeistert. Die Lobby strahlt eine Mischung aus Luxus und Gemütlichkeit aus, die sofort Wohlbefinden vermittelt. Mein Zimmer war makellos sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft. Die Betten waren besonders komfortabel, was für erholsame Nächte sorgte. Ein herausragendes Merkmal Ihres Hotels ist jedoch das Animationsteam. Ich habe selten ein so engagiertes und kreatives Team erlebt. Die Aktivitäten waren abwechslungsreich und auf hohem Niveau, sodass sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene stets gut unterhalten wurden. Besonders die abendlichen Shows waren ein Highlight – von beeindruckenden Tanzdarbietungen bis hin zu humorvollen Theatervorstellungen war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Animateure schafften es immer wieder, das Publikum zu begeistern und zum Mitmachen zu animieren, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des gesamten Personals verdienen ebenfalls eine besondere Erwähnung. Jeder Wunsch wurde mir quasi von den Augen abgelesen, und ich fühlte mich rundum umsorgt. Das kulinarische Angebot war exquisit, mit einer breiten Auswahl an köstlichen Gerichten, die jeden Tag aufs Neue überraschten. Zusammenfassend war mein Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Die Kombination aus erstklassigem Service, hervorragenden Einrichtungen und einem außergewöhnlichen Animationsteam hat meinen Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Très bel hôtel , nous y avons séjourné du 09-07 au 16-07 au début il n’y a vais pas trop de monde mais au moment de partir c était beaucoup trop la piscine trop petite pour le monde et les transat malheureusement obligé de se lève à 06h45 pour en avoir et y rester pour ne pas que l’on prenne les essui , niveau nourriture excellent je conseil le snack de dehors les kebab sont d une excellence trop bon , le repas du soir répétitif mais ces très bon il y a du choix quand même , les chambre sont assez petite si vous êtes une famille de 3 les chambre sont vraiment collé ainsi que les balcon et on entend tout ce que les gens disent … pas de bagagiste il faut monté ses valise seul et un côté de l’hôtel il n y a pas d ascenseur c était assez compliqué , sinon dans la ville prévoyez de l’argent de poche car il y a des boutique partout ces vraiment le point fort de cette villle il y a de tout et ces super , la mer pareil elle es super et pas trop sale nous avons été au kikki beach et nous avons payer 20 euros pour 3 transat ainsi que le parasol et nous pouvions commander à manger et à boire et on venais nous servir c était super chouette , niveau de l’hôtel ça vaut amplement un 4 étoiles mis a part au déjeuné et le soupe dès que l’on a à peine fini il reprenne les assiette ainsi que les verre ces le seul bémol , prévoyez beaucoup de crème solaire car il fesais mega chaud c était insoutenable au sinon rien a dire

Victoria the eventmanager was awesome! Made it really fun! Combines with the all inclusive. She has really positive energy, really joyful and fun. Made the hotel experience really fun. Strongly recommend this for families and couples that want that little extra.

On arrival to the hotel, it was clean spacious and well kept, checked into room and nipped out for some food as we had arrived late. Rooms were lovely and clean and well maintained the whole trip. Food- edible snack bar by far the best food on site and the man who works there absolutely lovely. As with all buffets can get quite repetitive and boring after a while. But there are plenty of nice places to eat off site within walking distance. Staff- bar staff and restaurant staff have been some of the most miserable and rude people I have ever met. I have never been to a hotel where you have been unable to engage or have a laugh with the staff and this was a real let down here. Animation team- could use some improvement, a better range of games to keep visitors interested we only saw staff poolside playing games twice while we there.. There is aqua gym and yoga daily. Night entertainment was a bit dull although entertainer vicky was very upbeat and tried really hard. She is wasted here but her enthusiasm is infectious and we wish her well. Pool- not a massive amount of sunbeds, 1st week unless you were down by 7am you weren't getting one, however by the 2nd week the lifeguard was removing towels from beds if people had left them, this worked well because it meant when you came down at 11 there were Still beds as people weren't bothering to lay out there towels early. Pool could really do with some repairs, there were several tiles missing and we went as a group of 16 and several of.the party cut there feet in the pool. All in all stay was enjoyable but a few things could be adjusted.
