when I checked in there were no staff to assist to push the trolley (few bags and hanging clothes for me and my wife). I was told by the reception there were no staff at afternoon shift?? hotel location were just nice but there were no walking distance halal food nearby, except KFC and Nasi Kandar Pelita (which pretty small). Room was nice considering is an old hotel.

Very good idea to stay in SP with emerald puteri. All the staff are really friendly and welcome me. Nice to stay longer next trip

Hotel yang selesa, banyak kemudahan berdekatan hotel. sesuai untuk keluarga kerana ada kolam, kedai makan dan pasaraya lain berdekatan. staff yang membantu, hotel yg bersih, bilik air yang luas dan selesa. Cepat-cepat booking untuk sesiapa yang ingin ke sungai petani
