Friendly staff that helps me to arrange for an early check-in by signing up the membership. Room assigned was huge as it is a handicap facilities. Hence the bathroom facilities are kind of inconvenient for me. Overall am happy with the stay and it is my second time there.

Staff where helpful, no access to reduce or turn off ac. Separate payment for breakfast which is too expensive, 2 heads for £30. No parking facilities and for a someone who knows nothing about the city was inconvenience.

My stay was a terrible experience. From parking there was no way to stop to unload my stuff at midnight when I arrived. They didn't inform us at all about road work that could impact loading stuff. The cleanliness was disgusting at Breakfast all played, mugs and bowls were stained and dirty. I called for an extra duvet cover at 3 am there was no help from reception at all. I was there for business purposes so I was not really happy with the service.

Bed was hard and breakfast was worst we have ever had all raw barely cooked such a shame for hotel as great location lovely staff and room.

房間很不錯，窗外就是一顆巨大的聖誕樹，酒店位置也很不錯，離球場海邊都很近，酒店前台就是星巴克非常nice

Really affordable hotel at the heart of Sunderland. Also walkable to the main street of Sunderland. Only dishearterning experience was when some toiletries were missing because they went "out of stock". Otherwise, we really enjoyed our time there.

這個價格雖然不貴，不過樓層的服務員一個女白人和一個男黑人負責房間衞生的人態度非常差，被子上有臟印要他們更換一個被子，他們敲門的聲音好像要**一樣的恐怖，眼神也是凶神惡煞的非常非常恐怖，這種人怎麼可以做服務工作？本來要住幾天，幸好先定了一天，第二天放不一個小費馬上離開酒店，避雷避雷！
