Everything is good and hospitality needs more improvement.Also hotel parking area is small.At the time of check in they are taking longer time

Nice, clean hotel with all the necessary items for comfortable stay, well mannered receptionist and room service staffs. The hi-tel food was nice and came hot within specified time period. Little expensive but overall great experience.

Worst stay ever. I have two day stay with my family and it was one of my worst stay. Never had such bad experience in any hotel . I will share few things about my stay. The location was good, cleanliness also good and food also nice but the main problem is service. I don’t understand why they have mentioned complimentary pick up from station if they are not going to provide. I called one day before arriving and i was asked to call again after reaching station . After reaching station I called several times but no one respond/received my call. I ordered evening tea which i got after 1 - 1.5 hrs. For drinking water i had to tell them 4 times. I told them first around 8.30pm and finally it was provided to me around 10.15pm. Next I have plans early in the morning but there was no hot water available. Tried to reach housekeeping but it was in vain. House keeping not receiving call after 9pm and also morning 8am. No one received my call, then informed reception and hot water was provided to me in bucket but the issue was not resolved. Even after complaining on first day this issue was not resolved till second day. I had chosen the hotel seeing the ratings but hadn’t gone through the reviews. In future i had to be careful regarding booking through mmt.

Service is very poor, staff in reception counter make argument with me inspite of all things were clearly mentioned in documents, but they harrase us and detainee us at least 45 minutes, at last they found nothing from documents and there motive to charge extra money from us but at last when they feel all the documents ok then they realese us. It's very bed experience for us.

i love the location of the hotel. room service is great. complimentary breakfast is great also. i also thinking how would be the breakfast 😅. but everything is great 👍. thank you for great service to the makemytrip team and the central park hotel.
