Our hotel was filthy and rundown. Toenail clippings under the bed, another bed looked slept in. The lobby men's WC was soiled from days with no cleaning regime at all. The restaurant shelving hadn't met Mr Pledge or Mrs Duster for weeks it seemed. It's fair to say that if this were my first use of a Premier Inn, it would be my last, as it looked like a tired budget roadside motel.

Poor staff, poor food at breakfast, small and expensive car park, room was dirty and mouldy. I will never book here again.

Good place to stay if your going to thorpe park 10min down the road. The place is clean staff are friendly and helpful......

Everything was how we had hoped it would be and exceptional value for money We needed 4 rooms and had requested that they were close together which was actioned in advance Car park charge was reasonable and provided access straight to reception The staff were amazing especially Tegan It was a really easy drive to the airport in the morning

They do well with what they have to work with. We booked 2 rooms for 7 of us visiting Thorpe Park. The rooms are basic but the beds are mostly comfortable and very clean. The bathroom works. We paid for breakfast which included 2 kids free with every adult so 7 of us for the price of 3 adults. The breakfast was adequate and was constantly being replenished. It is 15mins drive to Thorpe Park and I think maybe 1 HR by train into London so a pretty handy location.

Our favourite Premier Inn; every school holiday starts with the children saying ‘are we going to Sunbury?’ even when the place they are hoping to visit is in another part of the country! Every guest is treated as a VIP thanks to the tireless efforts of the genuinely lovely staff. Apula and Jamie were busily making sure everything was perfect, managers that aren’t afraid of hard work and getting stuck in themselves to whatever needs doing! and Ronnie is constantly on the go at breakfast, quickly making sure everything is topped up and perfect, checking if there is anything else guests would like. Everyone is so cheerful and friendly, it’s a lovely experience from check in to check out.

We were particularly impressed at dinner with Shakya, who was most helpful, friendly, and professional. The meals were first class. Also the afternoon receptionist who catered for us very well. This is an ideal stopping off point for Kew Gardens very close to the M3

Good hotel with friendly helpfull staff, great location for getting in and out of London, easy access to the M3 and M25 via the A316, comfortable bed. I would recommend although there is an unnecessarily expensive car park fee. £14.00 after hotel discount for 48 hours.
