Super clean and extra friendly staff. Pulled off highway in the dark and late so everyone was tired but this was a great choice - amazing view and welcoming faces and loved the plants in the lobby and elevator areas. Free coffee in the morning was a plus as well!

I will say that some of the negative reviews made me a little leary of this place, but it was just one night so we gave it a shot. I have to say the staff was friendly, the place looked clean upon arrival and parking was pretty simple. Our room was clean. The beds were ok. The shower was nice and hot, the water pressure was very good and the towels and washcloths were plentiful. One great thing we noticed was that the AC unit was pretty quiet, which can be a problem in a lot of hotels. Our only real complaint was the occasional smell of pot. We generally enjoyed our stay.

Great stay, I have no major complains (except please add a shower curtain liner to avoid a wet mess in the floor 🙂). The staff was very friendly and room was clean. We stay in the area about once a year. This will be our go to hotel as long as nothing changes.

Simply the best! Everything was very nice. Staff was very friendly accommodations was very clean. Rooms head strange top dishwasher plays dishes everything was there so you could stay here if you want to Extended

Not renovated, BUT I had a nice big room with a good kitchenette and a bathtub. Nice and quiet and comfy, wit very welcoming front desk staff who were happy to help me out. Would go again. The surrounding area is nice for hiking and mountain biking.

What a great room. The kitchen is well-equipped with quality serve ware and appliances. The bed was super comfortable. This was just for an overnight stay but we enjoyed it very much and would definitely come back. The restaurant next door is horrible but, since you have a great kitchen, buy some takeout and eat in.

Reserved a non-smoking room by phone. When I arrived, I was given a smoking queen room as availability at the time of my late check-in was limited. Upon arrival, found the hotel, that I had last visited 5 years ago, has not been well kept. There was a spilled beverage in one of the elevator cars, the hallways had scattered debris, and the room itself was dirty. The room was heavy with sprayed fragrance to (try to) cover up the smoke odor. I awoke at 3 am unable to breathe as the fragrance had cleared and the smoke smell was thick. The room was dirty (floors, bathroom). There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The furnishings and decorations are old As an aside, this hotel does not provide a complimentary breakfast (continental or other) like most in the price range do offer.

I cannot understand how anyone can give this place a rating higher than terrible. Our two reserved rooms were not available. When they tried to accommodate they gave us a room already occupied by two undressed couple in bed to which my family and kids walked in on. Another room later, the room was not cleaned- beds were undone with dirty sheets, dirty towels and beds. We should have expected this when the elevators and floors smelled like *********. When we asked manager to cancel our stay, he did not know how to. The excuse from staff was they had two weddings in town so it was busy. No excuse for cleanliness this is a hotel service provider. I recommend PA Health Dept investigate as no doubt this place was filthy.
