Stayed at this property previously a number of years ago and the stay over Christmas was terrific. Wish we could say the same for this past stay this month. We had a one bedroom suite for four nights, $834+ tax included. The suite was fine although the placement of furniture, tv could have been more user friendly. The hot water was very intermitent some times hot sometimes tepid at best. Had to call front desk five times during stay to get water that was hot.Housekeeping showed once after I requested service, the trash accumulated to the point that there were no other wastebaskets. The whole disatisfaction began when checking in no luggage racks were available so I at 78 years old and disabled made three trips to the suite. When we were scheduled to check out I went to the lobby at approx 3:30 am to bring a rack up to the suite, guess what? No rack available which means make three trips back down. I had read the trip advisor reviews and saw they weren't very good but thought some people over react. They were spot on this hotel is totally sub par not only for carrying the Hilton name but the inflated room rates. They also do not provide complimentary breakfast as do their competitors. We would have stayed at the Hampton if they had a King suite available. If we were to know ahead of time we would have taken a queen single. If you really want your moneys worth do not stay here if you have a choice. Also to add the hallway was loded with dirty towels on the floor which created a athletes locker room odor

Nutyot expected Surrounding guests were very loud into the late hours. The bathroom sink required maintenance upon arrival. The host at check-in was short and cold, just enough to get me checked in. The same person was overly pleasant at checkout. The Hilton app did not work at all for this trip.
